"Your nervous I can tell." Xena said to break the silence, "Eve you have to trust me; Livia can get us to where this Casius is. "

She had dreded having to take Eve through this for she wished deep down that Eve would never have to face the demons of the Roma empire again; but it was necessasary. Xena would be of little help to Eve she looked at her daughter.

"Just out of curiostity Eve, what prompted you to listen to Autolycus anyways?"

[Eve]

Eve shrugged her shoulders unsure of what to say to her mother."Well the more I thought about it the more it sounded like a good idea"

She thought about what to do when they arrived at the encampment.A surge of nervousness overcame her but then quickly subsided when she knew that her mother was at her side.

She looked at her surroundings and this area was all too familiar the encampment wasnt too far away.She whispered to her mother "scouts up ahead"

[Xena]

"Yes I see them" She replied. " We also have some whom had been following us for about fifty paces, not too far behind." Xena said as she notioned with a nod to the left.

The roman scouts had approached them, not reconizing neither of the two women but took note to the fact Eve wore a roman superior's attire.
The men took stance and blocked the path, then shouted."Who goes there?"

The others whom followed behind surrounded the two women, swords in hand.

[Eve]

Eve got down off of her horse and drew her sword then walked up to the man that had asked who they were.

She held the word to the man’s throat and spoke “how dare you speak to me like that? You should address me as your superior since you do not look familiar maybe I won’t have you killed for insubordination the name is Livia by the way” She then withdrew her sword and stood there waiting for the roman troops response and hoping that violence wouldn’t occur.
