Name: Rrek Valesque
Age: 3.5
Gender: Male
Rank: Beten
Pack: Deadly Glare

Family:
-Armoury[father-deceased]
-Elae[mother-living
-Ferene[sister-living]
-Korb[brother-unknown]

Mate: Xelena Pups: Verin

Personality: Rrek is a hot-headed male, who is rather quiet some times, but depending on his mood he can be rather talkative. He is far from dim-witted, his ability for thinking practical and fiction is really acute and used often. He is patient at times, but under huge amounts of stress [we're talking life-ruining situations here] he is known to grow hot-headed and snappy.
He is a rebellious wolf, and does not take to domineering authority well. A good leader is needed to sate this wolf, who only gives respect to those he thinks deserve it. He is also very open about his opinion if he cares to speak it. He is not usually shy, but in the prescence of a stunning fae he gets a bit tongue tied. His lack of aring what others think of him sometimes get him excluded from things, but then again he is used to being alone. The currently nomadic wolf takes a real liking to those who don't talk a huge amount-but rather used the age-old language of the body and expression. He really fancies the intelligent, strong females with something filling their skulls and more than pups on their mind.
As we are in the matter of pups, Rrek himself has one pup-whom he loves dearly. The youngster, sadly, Rrek did not get to see in his early stages, because he had gotten seperated from the pack.

Appearance: Rrek is a strong wolf, but not beefy meat head wolf. He has long, lean legs ending in big paws with black nails and pads. His eyes, hazel-green-rust are awake and lively, his long muzzle complimented by long, sharp ears. His voice isn't deep, but isn't feminiscent, either. His demeanor is usually rigid, even if things were casual. He is very bitter, and doesn't show anything unless he needs to get a point across. His big paws are red tinged, as well as his fur. He is mulit-colored, and his pelt is not short and not thick/long. He is intelligent, and usually makes his point across with little o no violebnce, but if the need comes, he can-and will not hesitate to-shed blood with extreme almost crazed violence.

History: Born on the outer edges of a forest who's name even He didn't know, Rrek has a bit of a story to tell. I am going to recite memories and scenes that mean the most throughout his 2.5 year-long life.
A hellish place-yet calm and warm, sound muffled by his prtected layer, another two pups he could feel squirming beside him. Though he could not see them, Rrek knew they were there, but only one squirmed while the other kicked them, causing them to squirm. He felt a swinging motion and the vibrations of a bark and howl, then the feeling of scratching and bouncing causing him to fall asleep, a sort of limbo-like lull, as if her were inside a water baloon. He then felt the takings of sleep, and he slept long, long hours......
It was terribly cold. the lgiht that hit his tightly-clamped lids hurt them, and he cried out for something-anything to make him warm and comfortable. He found the belly fur of his mother blindly, his nose tucking into her soft insulation. He suckled.
He was just about to leave the den-his mother had said so. His fuzzy tail wriggled with excitement as high pitched sounds emanated from grinning jaws. His big paws stamped the ground, pushing against his only surviving brother. Winter had been hard on the pack, including their mother. But Rrek could not possibly have known this at his young age. Korb pushed into him, his chocolate fur with golden pools of light for eyes staring in the same direction as he. His brother yapped and sang as well. This was exciting! A new world to explore. It was then that his mother poked her head into the den, making a soft huff with her throat and nod. He tumbled out, onto a bright playground, the light filtering in. He immediately chased and ugly grass hopper, but quickly deserted his quarry for the interesting chatter of a nearby grouse, his fat belly making it look as if he roleld about on stumps with mushrooms at the end of them. He sang out a high pitched growl-bark-howl. This was truly the beginning of an adventurous life!
Six months now-he was almost 2/3 the size of his parents, his down still clinging and his puppy looks still apparent. The hunt was amazing to see. He saw his father dive at the throat of a gigantic horned elk, the thing's mouth frothing and screaming. A grolw-howl emitted from his throat, the excitement quivering through him and his voice. Korb stood next to him, and he too was excited. Rrek jumped up and down, and being the bold pup he once was, he charged out from their hiding place, growling and latchign needle jaws onto the elk's foot. Bad idea. He was soon flailing, too afraid to let go and too afraid to keep hold. He let go, the hoof piercing his frail puppy side, a scream and a yelp and he was unconcious, the last sound he heard was his father's cuss as he blacked out. He was at the den, and breathing hurt too much to breathe hard. With quick shallow gasps, he edged from the summer den, a hunk of meat outside, but no one around. They were still at the kill. He swore in suit of his father, and tore at the meat blinded by a bitter anger at himself. He had lost a good chance to eatwith the pack!
A full year now. A ripped, muscular male with features growing more and more like his father's daily. He was as tall as them now, his mature self a strong one. He led his brother towards the den where his new sister lay suckling, and he wandered off in search of their father; who was his father too. He followed a fresh scent trail, that was gathering the metallic scent of blood. He growled with conern, his tail flitting from one side to the other, his legs taking him to the scene faster. In the center of a small clearing lay a bloody dark lump, veiled by red. His father's body lay, no tracks leading to it, and none from it. No struggle was seen either. Rrek emitted a strong, low howl that peaked liek a silver bell with a strong message. The alpha of the pack was dead.
He spent his next year alone. He had left the pack, his family, and everything. He was completely detatched. He lived alone, fighitng other loners and growing stronger. An old hag with one eye greeted him, spit flynig form her graying and wrinkled jaws. "You! Armoury. the signs hath lied. You live!" Rrek growled and his hackles rose. "I am NOT Armoury." his words were savage and violent. She sucked in air with a big nose, her crooked teeth showing. "No. You are a relative, no? One of his damned sons probably." she spat, and Rrek glowered, his head over hers. She did a strange thing then-she hissed. He backed off, a little afriad. "You'll pay for what your father did to me so many years ago. May you rot in hell." and with that, the old female trotted then jumped agily onto a rock, a silver howl emitting from her ancient jaws. "Son of the Hatred, prince of guilt, may this wolf bring things down that have been hardbuilt." She then flashed her eyes at him and spoke another verse. "Lonely and foreboding he shall be, forever, until the end of the sun, end of the sea." And with that she disappeared into the shadows, leaving him gaping and dumbfounded. he, apparently, has been cursed.
And the curse, in his eyes, was working. Every pack he came upon had attacked him, not letting him enter. Loners fought him for no reason that he knew of, and his most trusted betrayed him. A female, iala, had been his companion for six months when he knew he was in love with her. The two had been walking beside a log, which they hadn't known was lined with traps. They were both caught simultaneously, Rrek's digging deep into ihs forepaw, and iala's just hitting the tip of her toe. She wrenched free, then looked at him, helpless. "iala, help me!" he yelled exasperatedly, and she just walked off. Just walked off, not even looking back. He snarled after her, the chain keeping him away. She disappeared as well. He spent three days from then on, trying to get the thing off. Luckily it was summer, for the trap was from winter, the jaws rusted and weak. He soon got away, his paw swollen and most likely broken. He limped as fast as he could away, hearing the hum of a fourhweeler in the distance, klnowign it was coming for HIM. But as he walked in the same direction iala had, he found her, her eyes sallow, the bloodshot pools crazed as was her jerky movements. This was her deepest fear. "Get me out!" she shrieked, her voice hoarse and her jaws bleeding. When he snarled at him, he saw she had ripped out qutie a few teeth trying to gain freedom. Unluckily for her, the trap was new. They are coming for her.. he thought, astonished. He took his jaws and wrenched close to the bottom, but the hooks keeping it in the ground impossible to wrench up. She bit him, shrieking for him to hurry. He looked to her paws, but the thing was high and deep. Seh didn't have time to do the unthinkable. "Iala, please." his voice wavered as the approaching vehicle hummed ever closer. "Iy's not going to budge." she shrieked again, her voice barely there anymore. "Betrayer!" what a hypocrite. Not matter, he still loved her. With a crazed wrench, and a sickening sound he never fogot, she wrenched her paw free, leaving behind a good deal of flesh. She bled profusely. He was her leaning stick, and she limped as fast as her body would allow. A four-wheeler came up in their path, and Rrek growled menacingly. He let her sink to the ground, unconcious because of the lack of blood. He hid her in the trees before they saw her. He faced off the humans and their guns. Shots rang as Rrek jumped high, knocking one over, and high tailing it over their vehicle and streaked down. Tender footers, they followed the obviously healthy wolf. He had a good pelt. He ran for three days, even after their sound ws no longer there, nor was their scent. He had let her die. A part of him died with her. He couldn't possibly had known that she still clung to life, feeding on a family of mice nearby, living, but it was no longer the Iala he had known...She was crazed and evil.
Rrek came upon a valley-a territory he had the guts to tresspass in, where he became a piece of the puzzle it was-Deadly Glare Beten. He there met his mate, Xelena Longfang, Warrioress. They were togetehr through thick and thin, fights with her grandfather, problems with family Rrek did nto fully understand or was savvy of, but he stuck beside her nonetheless. He was a usually quiet wolf, but under his gaze he became easy-going and relaxed.
They birthed a pup, out of the litter, the only one to survive. Rrek's son was named Verin, in behalf of his grandfather. The young pup held his traits, as well-the red hair and icy eyes. But his build was much like his father's, when he was young, and his facial features were much like Xelena's. Rrek cherished his son, but had never quite gotten to know him..Rrek had gotten seperated from his family. How? He had been attacked by unfamiliar Rebels, and frced to flee in the opposite directions that his pack was moving--And had been gone for some time. He had to get back home, and track them down.
And he had. It only took him weeks, after being well enough to make the trek, and caught scent of the pack within their territories--he only hoped they would take him back...Was Xelena still there? Was his son, Verin, still alive? (Some spelling errors and typo may be present)
