Three years have passed since Superhuman Registration and Keene Acts were passed. Heroes and vigilantes alike were shunned and swept aside for fear of their power. Many were treated like the common criminals they put away. But times have changed and the country regrets what was done. The laws have been repealed, and as crime and strife grip the nation, will former heroes step into their old lives once more?
