As of 30th August 2007 it is highly required for new registrants to identify themselves in the Welcome To The Fold section as to prevent any spambots account from slipping into the party.

Any new accounts that failed to identify themselves within 48hrs 1 week after their registration will be deleted without prior notice. Thank You.

Circular No. 4/2007

This circular is compiled in order to further improve, standardize and maintain a professional and uniform procedure on introductory post in the forum.

All registered forummers MUST introduce themselves within two (2) weeks upon successful registration via your own designated introduction thread. As for more details on your self introduction you may proceed with the Post Your Profile Here thread.

A proper introduction thread must clearly state brief and interesting information regarding yourself as to help you build some impression on yourself among the senior members.

New registrant who is yet to introduce themselves will be reminded via PM within one (1) week upon successful registration. Failure to do so may render the forummer have their user account terminated without prior notice. And as to prevent possible spamming, all users except for the original thread starter are allowed to post only once either to drop a welcome message or just to ask some questions to the newcomer.

This circular takes effect immediately and all forummers are to read, understand and adhere to the above-mentioned procedures.

All members here are to abide any other related circulars as well.

The instructions in this circular will be automatically absorbed into the forum rules after one (1) year.

This rule applies to all forummers including staff members. Appropriate action will be taken towards any offenders.
