Ben stepped back when she told him to stop. He had messed up. Steeping back he crossed his arms in front of him. He still needed her right now. Bu she had told him to stop. He knew that these feelings for her were going to be hard for him to control. He was jerking her around. Snogging in-between classes, after hours. Each one coming close and closer to him betraying himself.
“Evangeline.” He murmured. He didn’t want to hear this. He could tell by her tone it wasn’t good. He looked her over taking in every part of her that he wanted. Everything. He couldn’t have but he wanted. It was a disgusting cycle, one that he was stuck in, “Evangeline Please don’t.” He said, the coldness in his voice was gone, his eyes tried to lock with hers. It was pitiful that he was hurt by her acting this way. He felt his excitement in his pants settle, and go down, slowly but it was going down.
“I am sorry.” He didn’t know weather to touch her or not. He felt horrid for how vulnerable she sounded when she told him to stop. He was ashamed of himself for letting it get this far.
“Work.” He repeated dully. For once he was realizing something. A thing that no pure blood would ever want to realize. He was in love with a blood traitor. He swallowed, His throat was dry. He shrugged off his cloak. He laid it a crossed her lap. “Fine.” He couldn’t believe hurt he was feeling. Be bent down and kissed her delicately on the cheek. He had messed this up. He felt his cheeks grow red as he walked out of the room. He sulked his way threw the crowd of people, and into his common room. He had just lost her.
