What Tutorial Do You Want?, Anything you might need help on?

Hey everyone! Sorry for being really inactive during this time - its just exam time and stuff.
But I was looking through different forums and stuff and I saw quite alot of common questions coming up to do with video encoding, audio encoding etc so I was thinking does anyone want a tutorial for any of the following things (these are basic things I can do LOL):

- Converting videos to iPod format (using SUPER and Videora)
- Taking screencaps (using at least 5 different programs)
- Rip DVD's (using DVD Ripper and DVD Decrypter)
^^ all of these can be done in more than one way and if I do write a tut it will be using most of the ways I'm familar with

- Cutting and joining videos (using either VirtualDubMod or Windows Movie Maker)
- Re-encoding .avi files to high quality .rmvb files
- Making hardsubbed videos (providing you have the softsubs)
- How to make subtitles from the very beginning


And I think those are teh most common questions - so I would mind writing any of those if anyone needs. But I actually think that most people in the forum can do the above stuff so it might not come in useful.

hmm... I'm probably more interested in photoshop tutorials. I've been trying to learn how to do some light filtering...
