Powers:
Being a descendant of a long line of Irish witches, dating back on written family records to AD1100, and perhaps earlier, Victor Cathal possesses powers strengthened over generations and ingrained in his family's blood. This same blood runs through the veins of his son Gregory Cathal.
Victor uses his power of fear amplification to play on the fears of his target, causing them to break down and have a temporarily weakened will. this is useful in battle, as his opponents can often be to distraught to have any chance of fighting back against Victor.
Victor is also adept at creating powerful force fields which are almost indestructible. He can use these to defend himself from attacks, or in more creative ways, such as bridges, stairs, slides, and also as an attack. However, Victor prides himself on his skills as a swordsman. This tradition has been passed down through his family for hundreds of years, as his family took part in many wars in his homeland of Ireland.

Personality:
Victor has a strong will, and when he decides on something, he will carry through with it, no matter the cost. to him, the ends, justify the means. However, no matter what goals he has set out to achieve, there is nothing Victor loves more than his family; his wife Mary and his son Gregory.
Victor is known for his fiery temper, and is revered as a warrior amongst the magical community, albeit slowing down as his age progresses.
