ANNOUNCEMENTS

Oh dear, Verdades has gone and rearranged things!
I'm hoping that a shorter main page might make people look a bit more closely at the site, now that it isn't so intimidating. A lot of things are in sub forums now - don't worry, I didn't delete anything!

We have a new theme! Look, shiny!

It had been along time since anyone had actually lived in the Wilson residence. Cowan's parents had moved on, leaving the house and pocessions to him. Still, even he had been absent over the past few years. The layers of dust had grown, and the paint on the walls had been altered by age.

His presence was felt imediately after he moved back to Goulburn. The neighbors may have changed or they didn't remember him, though he waved as he came and left. Still, with no-one to help fill the large house it began to reflect Cowan's internal mood.

Maybe I should rent out a room, or two. The house was built too big and the company would be alright. Even with Mother and Father the place was only ever half full. He counted the rooms on his way down the hall way from his room. He held his briefcase in one hand as he buttoned up his shirt with his other. Why did we ever need five bedrooms, including the master bedroom? He raised his eyebrow at a picture of his parents, it was their design.

Yeah, I think I will. He reached the kitchen, he picked up the phone and decided to call through an advertisement.

'Yes, I would like to place a ad on rooms for rent.'
'Certainaity' The receptionist at the local paper replied.
'4 rooms with access to essential facilities within safe area of Goulburn. Call 65413733 for further details.'
'It will be advertised in the free section, if you would like to upgrade you'd need to come in for that.'
'No, thankyou. It shouldn't be an issue.' He hang up the phone.

After changing the voice message on the phone, he left for work. It was still early and already he could see some children getting into cars. I wonder if anyone would have recognised him as a teacher. It was odd for a single teacher to be living in such an area.
