First, create a thread in this forum entitled: "(your name)'s (next level) Cape Test". The appropriate opponent will be assigned, you two will duel starting with you making the first post. After the five posts are up for each of you, your topic will be closed, a poll will be put up, and the winner will be decided.

If you succeed in defeating your opponent, you will be PMed by an admin with your new rank button.
