Ithaca J. Dragomir Facility This large white marble training facility was built from funds by the late professor and hero Ithaca Dragomir. Rumor has it, his spirit still lurks around the halls of the deadliest monsters, aiding those who are brave enough to tackle them. Aquatic Adept Center This is a large, non-descript building set in the center of the Telepath University campus. Inside, a large (very, very large) pool makes up almost the entire floor. There is a small square where students enter, but that's just so they don't fall into the pool, surprised.
