We all have roles, but what happens when those roles are larger than even we know? The Trumps of the tarot deck are embodied within young people around the globe and now a mysterious force draws them all together in Southern California to clash with the nefarious Order of Crowley--a group out to steal the embodiment of the Trumps--even if it means killing the host.
Tarot Tales is an open-ended role-play tailored to having fun rather than being rigid and unforgiving. We take all manner of players; intermediate to advanced. All PBs are allowed; giving you a large range to choose from. The list of characters with powers can and will be expanded as needed; there will not only be Trumps in the mix, but the rest of the Arcana as well. Please feel right at home and register with your character's first and last name. The application is very short and simple but if you feel the need to make additions, go for it! Be as detailed--or not--as you like. It's all about you here.

Mission Bay Mission Bay is a salt-water bay or lagoon located south of the Pacific Beach community of San Diego, California. The bay is part of the recreational Mission Bay Park, which is the largest man-made aquatic park in the country, consisting of 4,235 acres (17.14 km2), approximately 46% land and 54% water. The combined area makes Mission Bay Park the ninth largest municipally-owned park in the United States. Wakeboarding, jet skiing, sailing, and camping are popular on the bay. With miles of light color sandy beaches and an equally long pedestrian path, it is equally suitable for cycling, jogging or sunbathing. Fiesta Island, a large peninsular park located within Mission Bay, is a popular location for charity walks and runs, bicycle races, time trials and other special events. It is also the home of the annual Over-the-line tournament.

Mission San Diego de Alcalá Mission San Diego de Alcalá, in San Diego, California, was the first Franciscan mission in the Alta California region of New Spain. It was founded in 1769 by Spanish friar Junípero Serra in an area long inhabited by the Kumeyaay Indians. The mission and the surrounding area were named for the Catholic Saint Didacus, a Spaniard more commonly known as San Diego. The mission was the site of the first Christian burial in Alta California. San Diego is also generally regarded as the site of the region's first public execution, in 1778. Father Luís Jayme, "California's First Christian Martyr," lies entombed beneath the chancel floor. The current church is the fourth to stand on this location. The Mission is a National Historic Landmark.

Salvation Army Kroc Center In 1998, Mrs. Joan Kroc, widow of McDonald's founder Ray Kroc, donated $90 million to The Salvation Army to build a comprehensive community center in San Diego, California. Her wish was to create a center, supported in part by the community, where children and families would be exposed to different people, activities and arts that would otherwise be beyond their reach. Completed in 2001, the center sits on 12 acres and offers an ice arena, gymnasium, three pools, rock climbing walls, a performing arts theatre, an internet-based library, computer lab, and a school of visual and performing arts.
