Title: Song Lyrics
Description: that don't fit in today's world

life's a miracle - April 22, 2012 03:54 AM (GMT)
I grew up in the 70's as a young adult. Very few images I can recall. I remember mostly being drunk, stoned, working and being with woman. That's all.
Now, I can't drink (doctor's orders). getting stoned sucks. I work and can't wait to retire.Being with woman is like , well, I still smile at their beauty but my thing- a- ma-jig is now used just for peeing. I love food and the fat old battle axe sure can cook,yumm.. well, sorry for boring you so on with this topic.

With the advent of the cell phones and smart phones kids and young adults are able to by pass talking to operators and parents but back in the 70's it was a bit of a problem as in the lyrics to this song of the 70's

Yeah, Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show were pure 70's. They just wanted their smiling faces on the cover of the Rolling Stone. Nobody looks at Magazines today. Everything is about the internet.

A nice looking arse in jeans was pleasing butt but it just wouldn't do in today's world where half of it has to be hanging out

And all those lonely nights in the bar there was always Susan Dey. Oh ! the simple innocence of it all.
Just wouldn't fly today
