Sorry about the gap between news posts this time, Sprouters - I was waiting for a piece of news that did not arrive. Worse, I lost the file I keep to remind me what to put in each post, so if you sent me something for the site in the last couple of months, please get in touch again.

One thing I didn't forget was that John Birch, writer of the only existing book on the Sprouts, has given it to all of you to download right here for free. He also reports that he has some spare copies of the only existing songbook on the Sprouts, for guitar and piano - if you want one, you only have to drop him an email. He also sent in this photo of some authentic Prefab badges - not bad huh?

In the meantime many thanks to Mr Birch for the pdf of his book. It's enlivening my commute no end.

Interesting what you say about the commute Graeme - I actually put it into PDF form myself, with the hope that people would be able to wrestle it onto eReaders ect...is this the case?

Thanks to John for making the book available. I have a copy from the 90's, but thanks to you, Jamie, I am indeed re-reading it on a Kindle.
