BLADENBORO, N.C. – Multiple-award winning quartet the Dove Brothers recently received word that they were nominated for four SGM FanFair Awards.

The popular quartet was nominated in the category of Favorite Male Quartet – an award they won last year.

In addition, group members McCray Dove, Eric Dove, and David Hester received nominations for Favorite Lead, Favorite Baritone, and Favorite Bass respectively.

The nominees for the SGM FanFair Awards were announced in the February 2009 print edition of Christian Voice Magazine. Voting will begin on February 1 and run through February 28, 2009 for the winners. Fans can either submit a physical ballot from Christian Voice Magazine or visit SGMFanFair.com to place a vote.

The 2009 SGM FanFair Awards will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the SGM FanFair in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee at the Smoky Mountain Convention Center.

The Dove Brothers recently added another honor to add to the group’s already impressive resume. The group’s debut single from their latest release, Life, earned the #1 spot on SoGospelNews.com’s Top 50 Songs of the Year. “You Don’t Know God’s Love”, according to the SoGospelNews.com Top 40 Weekly Chart, was the biggest song among radio and fans in 2008.

Fans are encouraged to be listening for the group’s latest single – “I Still Got a Feeling”. That song is the follow up to the Dove Brothers’ back to back #1 hits (“You Don’t Know God’s Love” and “You Would Think He Would Learn”) off of their latest project Life.
