Human Application

Name: Your character’s full name. If they’re Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc. order it surname-given name. Otherwise, it should be given name-surname. You should have this, even if it’s not used.
Nickname: If your character is referred to as anything other than their real name, say so here.
Age: How old is your character? No older than 21, please.
Gender: Whether your character is a male or female.
Nationality: What country is your character from? (If they’re living in a country different from the one they’re born in, please give a short explanation either here or in history.)

Partner: If your human would like to team up with a Digimon partner, put their Digimon’s name and player here (if you're playing the Digimon, their player isn't required).
Digisoul: All humans have a Digisoul that can affect their partner Digimon's strength in battle. Describe the Digisoul's color here. (If you're having trouble deciding on a color or don't think you'll use this much, make it to match your character's eyes.)

Greatest Strength: What is your character’s most redeeming quality?
Greatest Weakness: What is their worst quality?
Personality: A general description of your character’s personality. Five sentence minimum.

Height: How tall (or short) is your character?
Weight: How much does your character weigh? (You don’t have to lie about this; no one will know but your character. ;P)
Build: Generally, how is your character built? Are they heavy, light, athletic, muscular?

Hair Color/Style: What color is your character’s hair, and how do they have it styled?
Eye Color: What color are your character’s eyes? If they have glasses, post that here.
Skin Tone: Does your character have dark skin? Pale skin? Any tattoos? Lots of acne? That sort of stuff goes here.

Appearance: How does your character look? What clothes are they wearing? How is their stance? All that stuff goes here. Five sentence minimum.
Picture: If you have a picture of your character, post it here. This is optional.

History: What’s happened in your character’s past? Anything dramatic that helped shaped their personality to the way it is right now? Ten sentence minimum.

Sample Post: Just so we can see how well you can RP. This should be anywhere from three paragraphs (about 15 sentences) to a page on MS Word. Good grammar and spelling is a must. Depending on how well you post, that’ll determine your ability to become involved in the central plot. It’ll also help decide your Digimon partner’s strength (if you have one).

Other: Basically anything else you wanna say about your character. Do you have a theme song for them, or is there anything really important about them we should know? That sort of stuff goes here. As you've probably figured, this field is optional.
