Moderators and Global mods are only a step down from admins. They are the staff, and any harassment towards a staff member will result in banning.

Global Moderators:

Moderate all sections.
Can delete posts, topics and polls.
Can edit any post.
Can edit any topic title or subtitle.
Can close topics.
Can post in closed topics.
Can accept any new characters.
Can warn members.
Can ban members.

Moderators:

Moderate certain sections that they choose.
Can delete posts, topics and polls in their sections.
Can edit posts in their sections.
Can edit titles in their sections.
Can close topics in their sections.
Can warn members.
