This is a piece I worked on for 2 days. It was fully colored with a mouse and with a redundant use of the pen tool. Hope you guys enjoy it. I have plenty of other projects coming up, but first ....... sleep.gif I need a tablet.

I still think it amazing if people can do stuff like that. But well, I'm no different only that I don't draw with colors but with words (can be seen in another section of the forum tongue.gif)

Haha, yep I have. It just that I felt like giving some C&C. The picture is really nice, but for the watercolor feel, the crown is too defined. And the breasts are a little too protruding and big...

This was all vectored. I would like to add that there are some parts of the pic I should've touched up but without a tablet it's just impossible. Being able to free-form and having your drawing in control with conjoining lines are two different things. I honestly believe its good for what it is. I wasn't trying to create the most realistic proportions.

Well said. The beautiful thing about art is the vision lying behind the picture (or the writing). Usually only the artist himself comprehends what the picture provides. Sometimes not even him (or her). So if Ryuuga screwed up the proportions a little so what? That's called artistic freedom. Or would you like it, if everything was drawn with the lineal and symmetric? Humans aren't like that, why should our pictures be?

It's not like I was saying it was not good. It is good, but nothing is perfect. Is it wrong for me to give comments and criticism?

Of course it isn't wrong to provide some criticism. And noone claimed it to be perfect. I just meant to try explaining why the symmetry is a bit off. Art is a subjective thing. Everyone sees it different. But I think I've said enough on this matter. By no means I wanted to restrict your opinion...or the opinion of anyone visiting the board. The Thoughts are free they say. So we have the duty to keep them flowing, don't we?
