�Raining� is a new Rain-loving community created for fans from all over the world to share their love for the hugely popular superstar. As fans, we aim to support Rain as much as we can and hopefully aid him in becoming the biggest international super star in the world.

Our slogan, �It�s always Raining at my place� represents the on going Rain-fever we feel in our veins; with our goal to support him forever.
