 Rules & Regs, read these before registering

Here are the rules. They look like a lot, but they're really not. They kind of make us look intimidating, but we really love you guys lots. So, just make sure to read through them once and then we'll be set to welcome you to the site!
Out of Character Rules »1a. Your username must be your character's full name. First and Last (ex: Jessica Smith).
1b. All birth names must be realistic - no one would name their child something like Amy Adrenaline Amphetamine.
1c. As far as registering with nicknames go, some are allowed, some are not.
--*Good examples: Jess Smith, Jessica Smithy, Jay Smith or Aces Smith.
--*Bad examples: Ace, Killer12948...basically anything without at least the inclusion of a first or last name.
2. If you're applying for a canon, stick to the plotline that's been provided.
3. You can have a maximum of three characters so long as you register them on separate accounts.
4. Do not post unfinished applications.
5. Perfect/Desperate characters are prohibited.
(ex: Jess was super happy, super hot and loved getting nekkid and everyone everywhere wanted to be her friend.)
6. No spamming...ANYWHERE.
7a. Flame wars, arguments and fights are not allowed.
7b. If you're having a problem with someone, report it to an admin or mod and they will be dealt with accordingly.
8. You must apply for a character within three days of registering or your account will be deleted.
--*If you won't be able to post the app. within the three days, PM an admin explaining why to get an extension.
9. Don't get saucy with the admins. It's just a bad idea.
1o. No double posting or bumping.
11. OOC in IC sections is not allowed. Keep all OOC to the proper boards or in PMs.
12. I don't want to see rape or molestation anywhere. It's crude and no one should have to read about it...ever! In Character Rules » 1. Post at least two paragraphs. There is absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be able to muster up that much.
2. Do not godmode or powerplay.
3. All posts must be in third person.
4. Character thoughts should be in italics.
5. Swearing is allowed, considering the genre of this board. Use it in moderation though.
--*Strongly sexual slang, racial slurs or slurs related to sexual preference are strongly forbidden, the use of which will result in an automatic strike against your account, no warning given.
6. Proper spelling and grammar are a must. The occasional typo is okay, but don't make it a habit.
7. If you're looking for a particular character in a thread put [Tag: their name] in the subtitle.
--*DO NOT barge in on someone else's tagged thread unless they're looking for you.
8. If you want somewhere to live (house, apartment, etc.) you have to apply for it.
9. Sex isn't allowed. Fooling around leading up to sex (as long as it's not too raunchy) is allowed, but as soon as it comes time for the underwear to vamoose, then just skip the sex part or take it into PMs. Graphic Rules »1. Your signature and avatar must be pictures of your character & you must have them.
2. Avatars cannot be more than 160 x 230.
3. Signatures cannot be more than 550 x 300.
4a. Claim your model on the appropriate board, it's first come, first serve.
--*Just because you put them in your sig doesn't mean someone else can't snag them if you haven't claimed them.
4b. Please do your best to avoid scenequeens as your PB.
--*If you need help finding a PB, just ask around - any of the staff (and some of the members probably) will be more than willing to help you find a face.
5. Nudity and/or advertising in your signature and/or avatar is not allowed.
