Modern day Tokyo, Japan. 2009. Tokyo is known for its Anime, different cultures and of course...the cars. There's such thing as a 'Drift King' now how come there aren't any Drift Queens? You have to ask the king of course but who's to say a girl can't dominate as well? But it's not just all about the cars.

It's about the living, the crime and the police officers that fight it and live it. Of course in every state or country there is always the bad parts. Where people have to fight for their lives, where people strive to become something.
