Rumors are swirling that another 360 price cut will be coming,dropping the arcade bundle down to $200, becoming the cheapest console on the market.

This is a very smart move on MS part. By being cheaper then the Wii, this pushes the 360 out the door. With a swell in install base, they have a big chance of staving off the PS3's gains. The Wii will still remain on top, but this will help MS capture more of the market.

Rumor mill says they are going to discontinue the Pro model, and then bring the elite down to $299.
