Have you thought about bringing the carpet down from Van Hee??

I was talking to a few 1/12th and touring car drivers last night seems they would be interested in racing on a Sunday if there was carpet.

I might even make an appearance occasionally. :o

Peter

Edit : This is at the same place we bought ours from, if you don't mind a bit of work it would be ideal : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOW-A-VAN-TOWAVAN-BO...1742.m153.l1262

Good point Peter.

What length are the rolls of carpet? Anyone know?
SW - you should know this?

That trailer looked good for that price - pity it is finished early with a buy now.

Hi Bill,

I don't KNOW, but I was told that these are 4m rolls, so require quite a serious van or trailer to transport.

Your right Dave it is 4M in length. I thought there was some problem with storing the carpet at Jarrow to do with the wall brackets and thats why it hadn't been moved?? Its going to have to go in a long trailer or van!!

I believe the wall brackets are a "nice idea" but are not necessary as there is ample space to stack the carpet behind the seating.

As Dave says there was space made behind the seats to stack the carpet up, it can be moved down there whenever you want.
