I think I’m confident enough with my set up to share it. Although to be honest its not a million miles away from the kit settings. :P
It is built with any purple bits of Pro4 that would fit. Pro4 CVD drive shafts. Anywhere that the kit used a bushing I’ve used a bearing. (steering diffs etc) Kit body shell which is the Moorspeed Dodge Stratus.
All settings are kit unless I mention otherwise below.
Front end.
Camber –1.5 degrees Ride height 5mm(adjusted to suit conditions) Droop. 7mm No roll bar Toe 0.5 degree in Shocks. Pro4 with standard bladder and piston. 50wt oil. Gold Pro4 springs. Shocks mounted on inner hole at top.
Rear end. Camber –1.5 degrees Ride height 4mm(adjusted to suit conditions) Droop. 6mm No roll bar Shocks. Pro4 with standard bladder and piston. 50wt oil. Sliver Pro4 springs. Shocks mounted on inner hole at top.
Wheel base at maximum length. Wheel width shimmed 1.5mm each wheel. Tyres. Narrow yellow Minipins with blue inserts.
I used a 108 spur not the kit 96 to give a more usable gearing range.
The motor is a Checkpoint Money Motor with Infinity brushes. The speedo is a Novak GTX. [dr]
