CHARACTER LIMITS;
    I think that this is an issue that needs to be dealt with, and seeing as Jess and me talked about it last night and agreed on the subject, I'm deciding to finally discuss this with you guys.

    Anyways, I've noticed that people are beginning to spit out new characters reaaally quickly- even faster then they have time to develop the other characters that they own. There isn't a problem with having a lot of characters if you actually roleplay them, but when you set up a character and them completely ignore them, it becomes a little annoying.

    I don't really want to set any limits on characters because I know that I have a lot of characters, and so does Jess, but the issue is that if you're going to roleplay characters, roleplay them. It's really annoying, especially to me ('cos I rule the entire board rather then specific things.), when people sign characters up for thing (dorm rooms, avatar claims, prefects?) and then end up ditching them afterwards.

    The strictest thing that I can say is make a character you're going to roleplay, or don't make one at all. If you're making new characters and you want to drop another one, drop them, or think of a reason for them not to be on the board anymore (vacation? changing schools?)

    If you have any canons, this works double for you. Do note take up canons if you're going to be inactive, because other people might want to play them, or we may need the characters for specific things and can't have them because someone else has claimed a character but isn't roleplaying them.

    But post comments or concerns here.
    If you agree with having a character limit, or a canon limit?
    Or should I just have to consult specific people about inactives?
    I'd really appreciate some sort of feedback on this issue.
    Admin comments too.

I think it should be dealt with individually. People like you and jess, who rp many characters efficiently, shouldn't be constricted. Whereas others, like myself, need a limit. I think no canons for a frequent character dropper and they also should be on probation for new characters. No fair to keep spewing them out, really.

FOUR

SHOULD BE THE OFFICIAL STARTING LIMIT. Granted people have more then four characters, but I think having more then four members, is a PRIVLEDGE for those we know will be active or will try their very best to be active [as school is starting for most of us and we all will be busy] and will be literate. NO DROPPING UNLESS THERE IS A GOOD EXCUSE, like, 'my best friend in the entire world went to Siberia and I had to go along to keep her from becoming hypothermic'. <33

mmmm.....maybe a three strike rule? if unactive charries are becoming a big problem.
    strike one;
    If you dropped one character, maybe a time limit before you can create another one, or a warning? [lmfao; do warnings ever work? ]
    strike two;
    Drop another one and restricted from creating anymore canons
    strike three;
    drop another and no more originals? in other words no more new charries at all. x__x
::shrug:: just throwing out suggestions.
You can allow exceptions to these if you want; like erasing a strike from good behavior. Haha; like BEING SUPER ACTIVE or just being an awesome member.
