I've noticed that some of the current members and new members seem a bit confused about a few things, so I thought I would clear them up here.

* Since this is now in Harry Potter's 7th year, all canon characters that were older than him have now graduated. [i.e. Cho Chang] If you created an original 7th year character previously, then that character has also graduated. Unless you can come up for a very, very good reason for your student to have been held back, then they are no longer students at Hogwarts. Obviously other students moved up a grade as well.


* All characters need to update their ages and/or years. Especially the canons. Several new members have been confused by reading, say, Harry Potter's profile and seeing that it still says 6th year.


* Students straight out of Hogwarts can't become Professors. It would make no sense.


* Do NOT drop your characters for no apparent reason. Especially if you are a canon character. At the very least inform the admin that you are no longer rping as that character. Dropping characters repetitively to create new ones is not allowed. We want commitment to characters. [jac is still around isn't she? lmfao] And please don't drop then just because they have become adults, especially canons. Adults will play into the plot as well and we do seem to have a lot of them so there are plenty of people to rp with as an adult character.
