Okay, here's Brigantine's First Stupid Question for 2005: I have NO IDEA what to do with a LiveJournal. :blush:
Considered asking one of my student assistants - I know one of them writes slash, in fact - but I'd rather not let my kids know what an ignoramus their fearless leader really is.
Hell, I'm the one who teases them like a big sister and finds them a couple of aspirin and a cup of coffee when they drag themselves greenly into work after their first hangover when they turn 21. They think I know Everything. pffff. :P
Anyway, I have a vague idea that writing stories for a LJ and posting them to said LJ involves html, which shouldn't be all that hard to learn, but I have no idea where to even start. And then there's that whole Linking Thing... Yep. Clueless. Can somebody give me a quick run-down, or should I be signing up for a class at the community college? :wall:
Help would earn my Eternal Gratitude! :biglove: And possibly save my sanity.
There are Plot Bunnies jumping up and down around my ankles, squealing that they wanna play with the Live Journal. They're driving me crazy. :bunny: :bunny: :bunny:

Actually, any sort of explanation would help me, too! I've signed up and looked around vaguely, but there doesn't seem to be an "idiot's guide" to using it. And since everybody is on LJ, I feel I'm missing out ;)
