Nightwish is a damn slashy band, too. I mean that Band got me to write RPS! (and I was so anti-rps before that...) I mean, anyone who eveer saw the DVDs and didn't notice those looks between Tuomas and Emppu must be blind... Gods, I'm so obsessed with this band...

Another slashy Band would be Blind Guardian, not because the guys are goodlooking or anything, just because it's true.

All I can say to my defense is that all of this is Tuomas fault because he and Emppu make such a cute couple. I'm just a teenage girl with too much time on my hands... :wacko:

What about The Darkness? Slash in spandex! :sweet: There a slashy band if ever I saw one. I also think The Calling are quite slashy. Don't even get my started on McFly :wall:

Something on "End of innocence"? I got that DVD for my birthday (October last year) and didn't watch it yet... I'll have to check that out.

What about Within Temptation? A friend and I watched the Live DVD last Sunday, and on the backstage reports, someone (I don't remeber if it was that guy on the guitar (or bass? oO") without hair or someone from the team who lokked like him... But he said something about the country and the gay men were nice and the sex with them was good... :huh:

You got the DVD in October last year and haven't watched it yet? :blink: Wow, I couldn't have done that... Well, anyway, the slashyness isn't excactly as "open" as I wrote, it's more like...you just know there's something the band hasn't told us ;)... (I know this didn't make any sense but I really have no idea how to phrase it....)

ps.: if you ever manage to find Nightwish fics, please tell me. I tried to, but failed. Everything I have is a rpg I'm writing with a friend (sadly in German, otherwise I'd let you read it...) and my slashy thoughts... It's annoying. You know, if you ever feel likewriting a Nightwish rpg... count me in, just give me a short message and I'm all yours (some's desperate... Of course not me ;) )

And Nightmare has to be one of the slashiest and most pervy as they are.

Erasure. Although, it's more the music, since only 1/2 the band is slash... though Andy Bell did once say that Vince Clarke was the gayest straight man he knew (after Andy got Vince to dress in drag and do some Abba covers). Nearly all of my Erestor/Glorfindel fics are inspired by a line in one of their songs.

Queen is another one, certain songs... certain bits of songs... yeah. But mostly, Erasure.

Definetely Placebo. They were my introduction to slash! I owe them a lot ... ;)

Oh yeah Placebo. One of my fave bands. The bassist Stefan Olsdal is gay, and the singer Brian Molko (that boy is hot... :wub: ) is bisexual. A lot of true slash here.

Also there's the french band Indochine, which you probably dont' know. The singer, Nicola Sirkis, is a friend of Brian Molko (he speaks french fluently). Here are some pics of Nicola and his lead guitarist Boris Jardel:
