Title: Baby Bunnies! =)

Tinker Bell - April 22, 2005 10:37 PM (GMT)
Attack of the Baby Bunnies!

:plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny:

Alright, so maybe you've never developed any full-scale monster bunnies, but rather had random ideas float into your head from time to time. Perhaps you've felt like sharing these "baby bunnies" but didn't want to create an entirely new thread.

Well, here's the place to post all those little ideas you've come up with but never really developed. You never know, they could be JUST the thing to inspire one of your fellow writers, or simply jotting down the idea might help you defeat your own writer's block!

Anything goes - from random ideas to little late-night musings, no matter how insignificant you feel they may be. No idea is a bad idea!!

Thanks to Eremir for the suggestion!

Eremir - April 22, 2005 11:01 PM (GMT)
YAY! :w00t: Great idea with the babies! :plotbunny: OMG how cute is that!

Actually, I have a bunny that's been hoppig around for quite some months, probably since september, but I know I'll never get the proper amount of enthusiasm to actually write it, so here goes:

Deep below the ground in the dungeons of Mirkwood, sits a secret hidden from all the world. The King harbours here a prisoner that no one knows about. An elf of great evil. The elf is Legolas' twin brother. Legolas, unknowingly, embarks on the quest of the fellowship, and in the meantime a great escape is launched back home. The evil twin escapes, bent on killing his brother and assuming his life, becoming the apple of his father's eye. Will he succeed in completing his task, or will he simply find in his heart that he cannot take the life of his own brother?

Incest would be preferable. :P

Rose of Rivendell - April 23, 2005 06:32 AM (GMT)
Oh gods that sounds like a good one!

:plotbunny: Merry is a pimp. I mean BIG PIMPIN'. Merry/Pippin prefered.

I may still write this one, but anyone who wants a shot first is welcome. I wrote a drabble once on it, but I've been too busy with other fics to write it properly.

omg...as in 'loaning' Pippin out to the members of the fellowship in exchange for carrots (or something)?

Eremir, i have to say your plot bunny really scares the bejesus out of me. what were you feeding them??? :help:

Tinker Bell - April 24, 2005 05:33 AM (GMT)
God, I have no idea why an mpreg bunny latched itself to my ankle. I don't really even read mpreg.

:plotbunny: Erestor and Haldir were lovers, but something happened to break them apart. Years later, Haldir returns to Rivendell for a single night and fights with his former lover, and ends up taking him in anger and with force. Haldir leaves, and Erestor breaks down and becomes sick. When he discovers he's pregnant, his depression grows worse, and he tells everyone he does not want the child. When born, Erestor won't even acknowledge the child, so he/she is sent to Lorien where Celeborn secretly gives her to Haldir to raise without telling Haldir who gave birth to/fathered him or her. Years later, Haldir returns to Imladris with the child....stuff ensues :P

*kicks baby bunny*

:plotbunny: :plotbunny:

Glorfindel - April 24, 2005 07:55 AM (GMT)
I really like your bunny :plotbunny: tb! :)

OMFG HOW CUTE IS IT!! :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny:

I'm really compeled to try and write your erestor/haldir pb.

Aeneus - April 24, 2005 12:47 PM (GMT)
Inspired by Minor Females month in the Femme-club:

- (f/f, Unfinished Tales, Incest) When Morwen leaves Doriath to look for Turin in Nargothrond, she seeks confort along the road in the arms of one of the guards Thingol had send after her, not knowing one of them is Nienor in disguise.

- (f/f, Interspecies, Sill) Melian is fasinated by the tribe of humans settling in Brethil, led by a woman: Haleth. Thingol wants them off his land. Melian goes to mediate.

he! yea it prolly will... but hopefully smutty and angsty :biglove: :w00t:

oh just because i am trying to kinda map out the pairings, who did you think of as the incest? the twin/thandy? leggy/twin or leggy/thandy or all?

Eremir - April 24, 2005 04:23 PM (GMT)
I'm thinking Leggy/Twin. Thranduil should be the overprotective father, trying to protect his little leaf from the evil look-alike. Sound good? :)

Tinker Bell - May 16, 2005 09:51 PM (GMT)
Baby Bunny attack! :plotbunny: :plotbunny:

I was thinking, a lot of fics write a great deal of animosity between Mirkwood and Imladris, and I was pondering a kidnapping scenario. Only, we throw in a pinch of Stockholm Syndrome, where either by kindness from someone or pure manipulation, the captive falls in love with their captor. Could be a twin/Thranduil situation (seems more on the manipulation side) or twin/Legolas (seems more on the kindess side)...or you could flip it to Imladris being the "captors"...

Tinker Bell - May 16, 2005 11:50 PM (GMT)
:biglove: :plotbunny: :biglove: :plotbunny: Then again, Stockholm Syndrome could be interesting with quite a few pairrings...elf, man, hobbit, dwarf...

Tinker Bell - June 1, 2005 09:19 PM (GMT)
:plotbunny: Baby Bunny #41-E :plotbunny:

Has anyone ever written a Haldir/Legolas/Thranduil threesome? Would that just be labeled "too hot" and unsafe to write because so many of us would like, um, melt? Or does someone think they could attempt it... :P

Merevindur - June 7, 2005 12:59 PM (GMT)
I could have a go, Tink!

Leave it with me, i'm in the middle of a great Haldir// Fic at the moment, so i'll be posting a linky up soon. :makeout: :smooch: :strawberry: :legolas: :leaf: :carrot: :plotbunny:

Though I'm not too familliar with how the Big Brother House works... help me out a bit?

I'm sure I've vaguely heard that concept before...but never read a fic, so was probably just an idea. I'd so do that, with my shameful Big Brother addiction. Except I have quite a lot of bias  . But maybe I'll give it a try.

Aeneus - August 19, 2005 07:08 PM (GMT)
Arwen and Aragorn are married, but Aragorn can't forget the fling he had with Legolas during the quest.

Arwen gives Aragorn permission to invite Leggy over again for a night of passion, on the condition she gets to watch and give instructions.

Aeneus

Merevindur - August 19, 2005 07:44 PM (GMT)
Boromir and Aragorn run a brothel in the Last Homely House, making whores out of Legolas, Erestor and the twins, but at the moment Lord Elrond doesn't know about its existance or the doings of his sons - what will happen if he finds out??

A ha... I like that one.

Sounds like something that quite a few of us here would do :D

Merevindur - August 23, 2005 01:22 PM (GMT)
I can really see people queueing up to write that one too - but what about a fic involving Legolas/Elladan/Elrohir and Aragorn, and on one journey for a picnic in the woods of Rivendell they get caught up in a conversation where they each discuss tales by the fireside at night.

They decide that the best and worst tales are equally punished by the twins own rating system of sexual punishment!

Does anyone want to take that plot bunny up?

*:strawberry: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny: :plotbunny:

*Well, wherever you have Strawberries, there must be Elves, right?

Eremir - August 23, 2005 03:04 PM (GMT)
Okay, this bunny has been bugging me for a while, so I thought I'd offer it up for adoption. :plotbunny:

The council of Elrond is concluded, and the members of the fellowship are appointed. Legolas the elf was chosen for his great skills with weapons, his wisdom, and his keen senses. What no one knows, however, is his age. Halfway into the journey, something begins to feel strange about him, and it is discovered he is actually just a child. One who was thought to be 3000 years old turns out to be only 45 - an adolescent elfling following his infatuation with Aragorn. The King of Mirkwood sends armed forces to retrieve his underaged son, but as the fellowship realizes they need Legolas for their success and survival, they refuse to surrender him. Thranduil blames Elrond, and in the midst of the war of the ring, the elves fight amongst themselves.

Pairings and POV are optional.

:plotbunny: What do you think? :plotbunny:

Rose of Rivendell - August 23, 2005 04:21 PM (GMT)
Wow, I love both of them! Unfortunately, I'm busy with the new challenge. But I'd love to get my hands on the twins for a fic... :whip: :whip:

GreenleafGoddess - January 31, 2006 09:49 PM (GMT)
Merry gets Pippin preggers. There's your incestuous Mpreg, with HOBBITS. 'nuff said. :makeout: :D

Merevindur - February 1, 2006 06:24 PM (GMT)
Oh GreenleafGodess, there's a pairing that is so naughty! Those naughty Hobbits! :D

What about one where Legolas and Thranduil become pawns in a game between Aragorn and Faramir one night in Minas Tirith, where they both have to tell the other that they've had an affair with one another behind their back - with disastrous results as one of them is pregnant, but which one?

@ Rose, why don't you use that Bunny of mine I mentioned a while back - that has the twins in it? :goldleaf:

Mere, why do you think I love it so much? ;)

I really like that ^ plotline of yours, Mere. I don't think I could make it work, though. :disbelief: Nope, way over my head! :D

Merevindur - February 2, 2006 02:13 PM (GMT)
@ Greenleaf - oh, i'm sure you could take that bunny up and write it - it is complex, but interesting - there is nothing folk like to read more than a very intriguing plotline in a story. :) :D

Why don't you give it a go and send it me in my PM first if you aren't sure - I might be able to give you some tips, but somehow I don't think you'll need them. :biglove: :wine:

In the meantime, feel free to give me a bunny :plotbunny: so I can do a story for you.

GreenleafGoddess - February 3, 2006 02:18 AM (GMT)
*Nervous* Um, okay, if you insist. You gotta promise me something, though. If the story is absolute crap you will tell me and you won't hold it against me. I'm still in my early stage of writing, as it is. :hide:

Merevindur - February 3, 2006 01:44 PM (GMT)
Ok, dear, if it's crap - i'll tell you, but i've written crap before and I know what crap writing is, and to be honest I don't think it'll be crap at all. :makeout: :smooch: :legolas:

Writing is a matter of being creative and nothing more. One day you just find yourself listening to a peice of music or watching tv and something, a :plotbunny: will come to you or just a very brief idea and once you work on it - it becomes a lot more than just a fic. :strawberry: :strawberry:

Opal - February 6, 2006 09:57 PM (GMT)
Awww, Greenleaf. You sound just like me. Mer can critique, if thats the right word, without being insulting. She is very helpiful. She is good like that.

I have to say I am very intrigued by these baby bunnies. You go guys and gals. The more storys the better. :D

Merevindur - February 7, 2006 03:44 PM (GMT)
Oh, thanks Opal - I like to think I critique as opposed to slag someone off, so yeah. I encourage, if that is the right word. :smooch: :glomp: :w00t:

What about a baby bunny that occurs on a Valentine's Day = it can be any pairing you like, mixed race, Uruk/Elf, Elf/Man, Elf/Dwarf, Hobbit/Man, etc...see what you can do? :wine:

And the fics must contain the following:

1 whip.
2 boxes of strawberries should you be with an Elf.
3 whipped cream.
and most of all the Valentine's card.

Off you go then, let's see what kind of short fic you can make? :strawberry:

Chris13 - September 19, 2006 07:38 PM (GMT)
Have had Kingdom of Heaven bunny.

How about this: Slash between the King of Jerusalem and Balian? Fueled by the events of the movie, obviously it would have to be just those prior to the king's death, but based upon the implications of this line, "God does not know me. 'Oh, but I do.'"
I know, random and has the possibility to be disgusting, but still.

Nindli - February 11, 2007 08:08 PM (GMT)
I'm new, but this bunny cannot be ignored. It's starting to chew my toes.

Alternative Helm's Deep Happening: Legolas is taken captive by some of the last of the Uruks during the battle, and they escape with him to the mountains. There they are planning to have their way with him. Gimli and Aragorn set out to rescue him, and manage to find and slay the Orcs. They enter the Orcish tent and find Legolas, naked and bound, the Orcs had gotten him all ready. Aragorn begins to untie him, but Legolas tells him not to. Lusty threesome follows...

What do you think?

Vilwarin - February 11, 2007 09:27 PM (GMT)
The following is what I consider a good start for a fic set in Tolkien's world:

Write a 'realistic' slash-fic of a couple that would naturally spend time together without it being strange. Like Anborn and Damrod as brothers-in-arms. Give me an explanation why they are together. What has drawn them to one another? Loneliness? Or something else?

Consider Tolkien and the world he made up. How would society react if they found out? Have the characters think about that. Would they be thrown out of the rangers? Or even be killed? How do they cope with the secret they must keep? Try to stay in canon.

~Vilwarin

Ireth - February 12, 2007 03:48 PM (GMT)
I'd love to read that, Vilwarin. I suggest throwing "in-depth fics" or "in canon" thread :] I can't get enough fics that are more than just love stories. Let me know if somebody pics that up.

steadfast - October 29, 2008 10:07 PM (GMT)
I'm kinda fed up of Glorfindel always being this tall, strapping warrior type, with muscles popping out all over the place. Okay, it works, but just once I'd like to see a LITTLE Glorfindel.

Words like petite and diminutive spring to mind. Of course, he'd still have to have a big attitude. One doesn't end up slaying balrogs by being shy, I suppose.

This has been running around in my mind for a while now and I'm going to draw a picture at some point:

A Dwarfish heavy metal band. (Y'know "and MY AXE!" ) I am unable to come up with anything else besides, but anyone can take it and run if they'd like. :)

I came up with the idea whilst playing Rock Band the other day. :D
