The wife of a soldier deployed to Iraq with the 101st (Rakkasan’s) was the victim of a less than reputable contractor. The contractor started and failed to complete a storage building that was paid for; the flooring and framing of the partially built building have already sustained serious weather damage.

We will be finishing the project Saturday, May 31st 2008. The framing is complete, so with a few volunteers we should be able to finish the building in one day.

Staging will be at Lowe’s in Hopkinsville, KY at 7am. We will depart for the Hearn place promptly at 0730 CDT on Saturday May 31st 2008.

If you need to catch up with us later directions from Hopkinsville are;

From the Pennyryle Parkway exit 12: go east on 1682 for ½ mile to stop sign at KY 107. Go north on KY 107 through Fearsville aproximately 12 miles and Turn Right on Bluff Springs Rd.(Across from Bluff Springs Church). Go 3/10 and Turn right on Isom Rd. House is 6/10ths on your left. (US, 101st, and Rakkasan flags proudly flying in the front yard.

Tanya is planning to cook for us, so if you will be able to help, please let me know so I can give her some idea of how many to cook for.
