Exercise can be something that is hard to maintain. Your workouts may be boring you out and you're just losing motivation. A good way to conquer that is by mixing your workouts out once in a while. Take a kickboxing one day or pilates the next day. There are plenty of exercises to choose from. Here are some other exercises that you might want to look into:

- Swimming
- Kickboxing
- Pilates
- Yoga
- Spin Bikes
- Dancing
- Aerobics
- Cross Training
- Running / Jogging / Walking

Another way to help you make your workouts seem fun and faster is by listening to music. You can get music for free from http://www.fitmusic.com/. It's got basically all the music for every workout. There are music for cardio, music for meditation and much more.
