I've been playing this game for over a year now. It's awesome... I used to be on the European servers but now I'm on the US ones so I can play with the majority of my friends that play the game.

I guess the worse thing about it is the monthly fee, but it's the same amount of money people spend on alcohol per week so it's not TOO bad. The positives more than make up for it.

For those that don't know, it's like a free-roaming action RPG except you're put into a world where you can have exactly the kind of character you want with several races, classes, talents and professions to choose from, not to mention that you're on a server with thousands of other people logging in daily.

It's like other MMORPG's, except this one is the most popular and will set to become even more so when the expansion pack is released next month. It's also from the same people that brought us the RTS Warcraft games, StarCraft and the Diablo series.

Not only do I love the game but I've read four of the novels based around the Warcraft universe. I'll be starting the fifth one soon. Even if you don't care about the game, the novels are great if you like your fantasy.

Just had to recommend it. :)

Btw, for anyone that's interested, I have a few 10 day free trials for the US server. Just post if you're interested in getting one and you think your computer is up to it. They're kinda limited in what you can do in the game, but they give you a taster.

Also, let me know if you're already playing! My main Horde characters are on Elune, my lowbie Alliance characters are on Thrall and my just for fun roleplaying characters are on Feathermoon.
