Well i think the spam needs to be kept under control and to just keep an eye on the forum in general.

2. How much time could you give to this forum a week?

At least 28hours a week.

Because i already have experience and i am here for the greater good of the comunity.

Yes on 1 forum i am a moderator and on another i am an admin.

I would like to say that the decision made by the admin will be a fair decision after much thought,so if you apply and dont get the job as a mod please dont take it personaly.Thank you
