I am trying to make the second and third division playable. I don't care about playoffs or anything like that but when I have tried to do it and I think that I have got everything sorted this message pops up:

Not sure, but do you have some clubs that have one of those competitions as "Secondary Division"? Because I think secondary division is meant to be like a regional competition that the club competes in in addition to the main league. Like the Brazilian state leagues, for example. I'm using it in my custom database to create the NPSL winter leagues.
No I checked. Dayton did have a next division but I deleted it but there was still no change. Really not sure what to do. It has obviously worked in the past because SaintsCanada had the one that he posted a while back.
