Day 10 of the RPC Fenrir's Royal Midgard Siege passed by, and nothing surprising happened. Well, maybe the bickering amongst the guilds of DCA and KORRB came close to the unexpected. But aside from that, the continued and intensified burning of Midgard's fortresses by the GGA, which was the highlight of the past few sieges, has become a much predictable sight. Due to that, all of Fenrir Agits' economy has collapsed to less than or equal to a dozen. Hollowed and insignificant, grandeur and glory that has been, reduced to ashes indeed!
Britoniah's Demonz-held Berggel was the first to fall at the hands of the Alliance's forces in the opening minutes of the game. Thus started a domino effect as all Britonian castles, with the exception of Merceldeitz, fell and were wrecked to oblivion.
The second half of the siegeing time featured the full expanse of the Alliance's continuing Operation Ground Zero. Virchbruek, a Luina satellite owned by Ethelion was razed next. Afterwards, the destruction continued at Danau Greenwood Lake's erstwhile serene palaces. Blood Pact's Shadow of Buddha and Metaphysical Adobo's Arbor of Light became the next targets, and eventually, acceded to the inextinguishable Fires of Doom.
Meanwhile, DCA's forces entered the Luina satellites belonging to the KORRB coalition. One Size Fits All's agit fell into the hands of the DCA guild led by DANDEE, but the Revelations succeded in repelling the intruders, and still managed to add another Luina domain before the time expired. A heated post-siege argument ensued as the leaders of both sides blamed each other for miscommunication and disloyalty to a former treaty.
With member guilds of the GGA still leading the scores after ten intense siegeing days, it has become clear to many that the winners have emerged and the hopes of an upset continue to dim with each passing day. However, Fenrir's united and unconditional support for the eventual winners remains to be seen.
