" Bataan has fallen, but the spirit that made it stand … a beacon to all liberty-loving people of the world … cannot fail!" -- By 1st Lt. Salvador P. Lopez on the fall of Bataan.

In the minds of the Fenrir people, only one thing is certain: this siege is the start of the end of this RPC eliminations.

The fall of the two towers of Fenrir made a crashing sound that reverberated all over Midgard. The erstwhile impenetrable castle of GGA came falling down as angry assailants rampaged from the courtyard to the throne of the emperium.

Swanhilt suffered the same fate. The fiery defense of the Demonz's den was doused with cold merciless wrath of the GGA attackers. The combined forces of the defenders from hell proved no match against the GGA warriors.

This news is a cause for celebration for the two rival factions. The razing of Swanhilt is the trophy for the GGA's weeks-long RPC campaign. Their success in today's siege finally resolved their concerns in eliminating Demonz's chances from the RPC scene.

Meanwhile, Demonz and the rest of the anti-GGA faction is jubilant over the fall of Bergel. The razing of the castle also satisfied their urge to prevent GGA from dominating teh RPC.

But that is only one-side of the coin.

Like what I have said before, razing Bergel is not the best option the anti-GGA should take. Lest their forget, the meat is in Bergel. The best move as I have suggested is to deny them the multiplier while keeping their castle pressured.
Because with GGA already having a big headstart, burning their homebase is but a move welcomed by them. One, it will ensure that no one will benefit from it. Two is that it will only open an opportunity for the GGA to attack full force the Demonz's Swanhilt.

And both were achieved by GGA today. Demonz is now homeless, its previous agit with zero econ. Bergel is also reduced to rubble with no precious econ salvaged. With GGA enjoying a big lead, they can now concentrate in subduing other potential contenders.

If the anti-GGA forces have realized the consequences of this action, I don't think they would have attacked in the first place. But their bloodthirst to see Bergel in flames, smokes and ashes could not be quenched. And so here they are, faced with the grim prospect of a GGA-dominated RPC.

Indeed. Bergel has fallen, but "but the spirit that made it stand … a beacon to all liberty-loving people of the world … cannot fail". GGA, after an arduous yet successful campaign, is now playing a wait-and-see game as they are 4 sieges shy from taking the much-coveted Agit Lord title. They are now homeless but they have never felt so secured. Meanwhile, the Demonz and the rest of their allies must make a bold move to save their RPC seat. Though personally, I believe the doors have been closed to them, there are still 4 sieges to go and anything can happen if they make it happen.

GO FENRIR! REPRESENT OUR SERVER WELL! /no1 /go

There you have it. The final two has been established (EHOC and Executors) for the 2 slots allotted for the agit lords. The fall of Swanhilt provides for no more high econ agits in Fenrir. If Demonz had any chance of making a go for RPC it was through Swanhilt. However, the burning of Bergel is a cause for celebration for GGA because non-GGA contenders for RPC will no longer be able to take advantage of it and thus would stop the race for any 2nd slot contender other than EHOC/Executors. The scores of the GGA alliance will be next to impossible to be overturned by any other guilds hoping to get a chance for RPC.

Armaggedon is facing a 3 Team showdown. 33 vs 11 have mercy on you. /gawi

What's left for us to do is to campaign for our server. Hopefully Fenrir will come out representing PRO for RPC.

Is It The End? What now?

The Great war in our server may have ended this early with Bergel and Svanhilt falling down. almost everybody is losing hope in taking the top and second seed in the agit lords standings, no more High economy agits BUT since All focuses on the sieges in bergel and svanhilt many agits have gained economy because every siege they were left unscathed, Nobody even notices them they just focused on those great wars, so meaning there is still hope for those who are aspiring to be the agit lords, maybe the only highest economy agits have been burned but what about those mid economy agits. wont they touch it so that it can still gain points for they're team. IMO the only reason GGA can sit down and watch what will happen because they think that it is almost impossible to catch up to their points, but in that case They Overlooked almost every other agits besides Bergel and svanhilt many more agits are remainnig with decent economy. in this coming monday siege i think everybody must not let their guard down, GGA and Jubaanz Is hungry to overtake each other, so what will happen this monday?
will> Demonz< [Incubuz] overtake the GGA? or will GGA increase its lead further? or maybe some other guilds that they overlook may have come from behind win?
we'll never know unless it happens

Ground Zero
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

An 18th century English novelist once wrote: "One hour of life, crowded to full with glorious action, and filled with noble risks, is worth whole years of those mean observances of paltry decorum."

Instead of just an hour, why not make it two Sir Walter Scott? Because certainly, last siege's 120 minutes are worth more than a hundred, no, a thousand words! And so, up to this day, some of us are still dumb-founded over this event that have all but preserved all previous assumptions.

GGA lighted up the fireworks with a well-planned opening salvo at Swanhilt. Within minutes, these destructive forces overwhelmed the castle's scattered defenses and stormed their way into the Sacred Room. Caught by surprise, the Demonz rear guard did all they can to prevent the onslaught, but to no avail. Swanhilt was burned to the ground. As the GGA generals predicted, all it took was the first matchstick to ignite the final flames of hellfire. The initial flush opened the gates of Swanhilt to the public consumption as hordes of guildsmen belonging to different affliations seized the day, hastening the collapse of Swanhilt's economy.

With the majority of their forces burning Swanhilt to the ground, the Alliance knew that their beloved Berggel is highly vulnerable to attacks. But they took the risk and stuck to the plan. Now that Swanhilt is burning, they have come to the realization of the Truth. That if and when Berggel, the last Seat of Power, is razed by the avenging JUBAANZ guildsmen, the chaos that will result would be most beneficial, not to the raiders, but to the Alliance. A Ground Zero situation would erase the competition of any hope of catching up to the #1 and #2 Agit Lord spots proudly held by the GGA.

Fortunately, and unfortunately to some I might add, the avenging forces took the bait and succumbed into a complicated trap. Blinded by rage and their thirst for revenge, the combined forces of Armadegoons and JUBAANZ assaulted the remaining defenses of Berggel. At this crucial moment, the Alliance's commanders are split on either defending or burning the fortress. But the wheels of Fate continued to roll, and the Alliance made no effort to reverse it. It was a trap after all, and they accepted Berggel's destiny. One by one, the attackers took turns in raping the Emperium until the dying seconds of the game.

Meanwhile, the One Size Fits All guildsmen, led by their Guild Mater, Reaper, decided to take no part of the Swahilt and Berggel conflicts. Instead, they proceeded to take the lesser castles, and succesfully attained three satellites, thus forcing a x4 multiplier on their meager score.

April 16 changed the political landscapes of our home server. With the Mountains of Hope in ruins, are the Plains of Despair all that's left? Or is there a miracle waiting to occur before our own eyes? Let the Scrolls unfold.
