 Cage.exe's Bakuryuuha Attack

Well some people keep saying my Bakuryuuha attaack is cheap. I disagree here is the description to the attack...
-Bakuryuuha uses opponents energy blast(or known as power aura) and steering it with the kaze nu kizu and reversing the flow
in other words the oponents energy is simultaneously blasted by the kaze nu kizu and by their own aura of power. Depending on the attack it reduces it by half and adds an extra 50+ dmg. (i remain unharmed but it takes 1 turn for it to charge up)

example:
Cage charges up attack.. ends turn
Tele uses kenespiral which does 500
Cage activates Bakuryuuha halfin the damage wich would be 250 and since it adds 50 extra damage total amount reflected is 300 I remained unharmed and took no HP..this attack could only be activated on my opponents turn...

so what do you guys think? fair or what?

Note: things I cant reflect Drills Punches Sword attacks that just slash bombs like melee attacks i guess..

i say no, because if you're going to reflect half, you should take the other half, i mean where does it go hit some innocent bystander? basicllly it should have a drawback which it does not apparently, bu ti have a few suggestions

[things i think should be whether you takme my suggestions or what ever]

-make it count towards the damage limit


[suggestions]

-take the half you dont do
-make i tdo full damage but you take full damage and must still obey the damage limits


[things you could do if you want it to stay the same]

-give it a usage draw back ( once per battle, at/under half HP, etc)
-make it be your only attack for the turn

you dont have to do what i suggested ( though i've et to see something suggested by some one else ) but it definitly needs to change.

Make it so the attack can only be used once per battle.
Make it so Cage can only use it at 2/3 health or below. This way, if you block a finisher, the battle isn't sealed to your victory. What I mean is:
Cage - 2100/3000[Correct me if I'm wrong.]HP
Opponent - 800/2500HP
Opponent activates GigaBuster, 3x3 range, 400 Damage, Finisher.
Cage activates Bakuryuuha. Cage takes no damage, and opponent takes 250.
Cage - 2100/3000HP
Opponent - 550/2500HP
Here are examples of what I believe it is able to reflect.
Thunder, WideWave, HeatShot, TimeBomb, BubbleShot, Busters, Lasers. And a few others.
