The world has changed drastically. What once was green & beautiful in Tokyo is know incased in crystal. The healing from Queen Serenity was not enough to bring hundreds of plant species back to life leaving the world cold & crystallized. yet the world lives on, rule by monarchy by Neo-Queen Serenity & her husband King Ediymon.

The world has been peaceful for years. Neo-Queen Serenity’s only child Chibi-Usa has peaked into womanhood finally celebrating her 18th birthday. Many of the childish faults she once had had diminished. The scouts settled down into their lives some having or adopting children. Sailor Mercury teaches at the Senshi Private Training Academy (SPTA) & is a very successful teacher helping out when ever needed, Sailor Jupiter stars in a cooking TV show "The Amazon Chef." & has world wide success, Sailor Mars runs the Cherry Hill Temple after the death of her grandfather, Sailor Venus enjoys her modeling career, Sailor Neptune Is a world class violinist, Sailor Uranus was a world class racer with car number 07 but died in an awful crash, Sailor Pluto is guarding the time gate & advising Neo-Queen Serenity on her rulings, & Sailor Saturn has chosen to go back to her home planet for unspecified reasons.

Not everyone is happy with Neo-Queen Serenity’s rulings & some have even started an underground resistant movement called the "Rabbit Catchers" the biggest know group of them is located in America. Rabbits have become the universal symbol of Neo-Queen Serenity.

Neo-Queen Serenity has appointed one ruling family for each continent. Each ruling family would then appoint them selves a council of 7 other people.


North America: North American has become one big place, with the most riots & outbreaks coming from what was the area of America.

South America: South America has become the vacation spot of the new world. it is warm & cozy & perhaps one of the most peaceful continents.

Asia: Asia, along with the ruling of Neo-Queen Serenity, was appointed a ruling family & another council for Neo-Queen Serenity cannot focus on one content more then others & needs her mind open for the broader spectrum. Asia has become the most populated & powerful section of the world.

Africa: Africa was left almost completely uninhabited except for the topmost parts. Africa is an animal haven.

Australia: Australia, the smallest of the continents, is dubbed the Peaceful Floater. No know riot activity or defiance of Neo-Queen Serenity has ever been reported in Australia

Europe: Europe has became a place of industry & commerce. Europe is the third strongest supporters of Neo-Queen Serenity perhaps because some areas have been used to living under a monarchy for a long time.

Antarctica: After Neo-Queen Serenity healed the earth Antarctica began to become inhabited with ice dome villages. The least populated of the continents but still very active.
