kshitij_90 - November 23, 2005 10:43 AM (GMT)
RVN has definitely improved his game, but he has no chance of winnin da Golden Boot this season.
Sorry RVN!! Better luck next time.
anuragthezizoufan - November 24, 2005 06:26 AM (GMT)
Ruud, ha ha ha!!!.
Its gonna be Henry all the way.
redder than ever - November 26, 2005 05:36 AM (GMT)
I think it's going to be a close race between the two of them but I have to stick to my favourite team cause everybody else is being biased anyway. I go for RUUD towin the goldn boot by 2 or 3 goals

how about frank lampard for an outside chance
MR7777777 - December 1, 2005 12:26 PM (GMT)
my vote will go to ruud but henry is loking good, too! i reckon both of them will score more than thirty goals each this season! ruud will emerge top by the odd goal!
watching - December 1, 2005 02:20 PM (GMT)
It's incredible if Lampard win Golden Boot! If he win, he should be also win FIFA Player Of A Year award next year! I think RVN or Henry More logical... Or Crespo? Nah!
gotenks007 - December 1, 2005 02:51 PM (GMT)
Lampard has a gr8 chance
RVN comes next

lampard808 - December 3, 2005 03:53 AM (GMT)
RVN maybe cant do it..
Especially when Henry's on fire...
But I'm sure there's going to be a lot of competiiton between 2 of them..
Not to forget Lampard...
Henry is injury prone, so that will be a weakness for him...
We just have to wait and see, I guess...
R&R&R - December 3, 2005 09:42 AM (GMT)
i always said it would be ruud...but henry is scoring like he is in training session...ruuds achilles heel is tt he depend on supply and if no supply then no goals...while henry supplies himself

Yah, your right...
Henry dont need Rooney, or Scholes, or Ronaldo or Park Ji Sung to score...
he gets to score himslef and provides other with good chances to score...
*"Henry is a great gaolscorer and a scorer of great goals"*'Which is a very rear combination'
I've made up my own one....
'RVN is a great gaolscorer and a great scorer of easy gaols' Thats a real "rear" combination...
R&R&R - December 21, 2005 09:35 AM (GMT)
now i think maybe ruud will win it..cos it seems like henry is injured again :( B)
Jeffrey - December 29, 2005 10:32 AM (GMT)
henry should beat him in normal circumstances...but not unless he's keeping his achilles in check...he's missed a few games....van nistelroooy's on a hot streak he'll win it unless someone breaks his leg...
luv_123123 - December 30, 2005 08:56 PM (GMT)
its gotta be RVN.......the poacher
churses - January 4, 2006 02:43 PM (GMT)
As long as RVN dosnt get injured he'll most likely win the Golden Boot. Henry will run him close though... United are playing better than Arsenal so RVN will probably have more goal scoring chances. Lampard and Rooney will also be in the hunt.
captain marvel - January 13, 2006 11:33 AM (GMT)
Yes he will...has been in good touch so far and barring any injuries I think he will end up as the Top Scorer

maybe u dont know that he is the top scorer presently and his nearest competition is 3 goals behind him.
also mate, u forgot that inspite of manu playing only 8 games in the last season's champions league, HE WAS THE TOP SCORER IN THAT COMPETITON.
ruudvan - February 11, 2006 06:27 AM (GMT)
people RUUD VAN NISTELROOY is the best striker english premier league has right now. And of course he will be the highest goal scorer this year. There is no two ways about it. HHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIILLLLLLLLLL RRRRUUUUUUUUUUUDDDDD VVVVVAAAAAAANNNNNNNNN .
tejaspathi10 - February 11, 2006 07:20 AM (GMT)
altough im a big fan of ruud i dont think he can ,lampard has a chance with henry
ruudrulez - February 11, 2006 10:40 PM (GMT)
oh m8 he definetly gonna get it no doubt
he gonna score at least about 24
sub1zero - February 20, 2006 09:35 PM (GMT)
Ruud is a great scorer but not at all a great striker. B) Thierry is the best of the strikers in the planet rite now :clapping:
So any1 saying Ruud is a better striker than Henry is clearly being biased. But saying he is a prolific goal scorer is ok to some extent considering the no. of goals each have scored where too Henry has more goals than Ruud. :)
Adrenaline - February 21, 2006 03:44 AM (GMT)
he has been in good form but still I donot think so
devil_united - February 21, 2006 10:46 AM (GMT)
ruud looks in top form dis year and will definitely winn Golden Bot
gunnerfever - March 21, 2006 08:59 AM (GMT)
no way dat award has zigerry henry name written all over it.
dila_7 - April 19, 2006 05:31 AM (GMT)
up to this point with 3 games to go, i dont think ruud will get the golden boot award. he's been starting games recently but he's not scoring. hitting the post is not the same as hitting the net!! he should consider his future as a sub if he still cant score in the remaining games of the season..
but, hey... who knows.. maybe Rooney can overhaul both ruud and henry this season!! hehe...
