In the industrial city of Moorebank, Pennsylvania the chaos is rising. In the wake of a rash of assassinations and abductions the city is trying, and failing, to find peace.
William, the vampire Master of the City, has taken on advisors in an attempt to stabilize his Court, but the addition of a Temoin and a Second and Third is taking some adjustment as everyone settles in to their new roles.
The mad leopard Maalik still rules the pard, the pack has just been taken over by a stranger from out of town and no one knows yet what the new Ulfric, Sebastian's agenda might be. The rats have lost two kings in two months and many ask whether Luke is crazy to try and take on the responsibility for the unlucky Clan.
The city teeters on a knife's edge, balanced between order and chaos, safety and terror. Will the city be able to piece itself back together or will it descend into madness and war?

personality William was always slightly odd growing up. Although he grew into your typical american male, his personaltywas slightly more of the darker side. He would sit for hours saying nothing, reading some book or another about serial killers and mass murders, and then suddenly be talking your ear off about the exact way to rip a man open so his intestines leave an interesting pattern on the ground.
But this bazzar behaviour came to a close the night he met Rebecca Woodward. He seemed to calm down some. He still talked of seriel killersand vampires like they were friends and not just people he had read about in books, but he wasn't so dramatic about it. Becca seemed to make his life seem more real, and suddenly the young man had a reason to care if he lived or died in the arms of a vampire some night.
Currently his personalty changes depending on the situation he is in. When William, Becca's fiace, he is almost playful and childish, living the way a teenager would sincehe missed out on so much of a normal childhood.
But as a master vampire, the master of the city, Willam is almost deady, his voice an extension of the power he holds. Deep and determined, he also comes with a more fluid and dignified way of speaking to try and command the respect his position holds.

overall history William never what you would consider a normal kid. His home life was normal enough. Growng up in Moorebanks suburbs, William really did stick out like a sore thumb. Froma young age he took an interest in seriel killers and how they worked. The obsession had started with Ted Bundy, and went to Gacy, The Zodiac and beyond until it went onto other killers. The kind with pointy fangs and a lust for blood no mortal could match.
William was only 16 when he left the home in search for real vampires. He ran away from the loving stable family and went looking for the monsters he loved so much in the books and movies. And one found him. A rather powerful vampire who had a think for young, inexpirenced boys. William was taken under his wings and was shown everything he had hoped to find. The man was kind and encouraged his dark interest in death and maiming.
But because of the new laws which came with the knowledge of vampire and lycanthropes, William was considered underage for this kind of lifestyle, and the police brought him back home to his family. School grades dropped, ad William lost interest in everything except to make his physic better and more attractive to his master. Whe he turned 18 he was back on the strees, in the cold arms of his master lover.
What he didn't know was it had been his childish innocents and body that his master adored. This new man who retured to him was loyal but not as attractive as he once was. Looking for an excuse, the vampire kept Willam around as his willing blood doll and lover until he could see he could get protection from the new Master of the City, Seregwen.
William felt rejected and devalued when he was shipped off frfom him home to go and live with Seregwen, but he slowly moved into the ruetine of her lifestyle, and soon he realsed his old master never fully loved him, not the way Seregwen did. She liked having the troubled willing around her horseman residence, and although she limited his actual performance in torture and kills, unlike his orginal master, the love she gave him definatly compensated for the lack of horror inhis life.
He had been with Seregwen for sometime, the young man still looking for his true place in this structure when he found Becca sitting out under a street lamp not far from the horseman. Their meeting was typical. Boy meets girls, walks girl home, shows her his scars from vampire attacks, then they go for coffee. From this chance meeting slowly grew the love of his life.
This worried Seregwen, bt any attempts to break the pair up, to try and convince either party it would not work, the pair ignored her, and soon engagement was mentioned. But Becca and William were never fully left alone. Even with Seregwen;s blessing, another vampire tried to break them apart in the form of Issac Grey.
He saw Becca by chance and loved her instantly. For reasons never truely understood, Issac forced the first two marks upon her to make Becca his human servant. With Seregwen's help William was turned into a vampire himself to try and have some chance of keeping Becca with him. Due to magic no one can fully understand or explian, William rose within monents of being taken and was already a very powerful vampire, one who could challenge Issac's power directly. And he did, quickly marking Becca as his own three of the four marks within a very short period of time.
And life seemed to slow down for a little while there for William and Becca. They hung out at the horseman together, just indulging whatever whim the other expessed until the rign on the Grey brothers came into light once more.
Seregwen threw her support into the waring lycanthropes, but not before she made some preperations first. Certain her death may come at the hand of one of her once friends, Seregwen had made secret plans for Christina's coven to transfer the magic and power of being the city's master to William if she might meet her end.
And she did. During an explosion, Seregwen died and the transfer, instead of going to one of Issac's henchmen, went rushing to William. And William displayed his new found power during the treaty signing, killing Issac's 'daughter' in the more destructive and beautiful way he knew how.
Now he lives and breathes as Master of the city, including all the dangers that come along with it, William is once again trying to find his feet in this new world with Becca at his side as his full Human Servant
