to the world of the lost
In the industrial city of Moorebank, Pennsylvania the chaos is rising. In the wake of a rash of assassinations and abductions the city is trying, and failing, to find peace.
William, the vampire Master of the City, has taken on advisors in an attempt to stabilize his Court, but the addition of a Temoin and a Second and Third is taking some adjustment as everyone settles in to their new roles.
The mad leopard Maalik still rules the pard, the pack has just been taken over by a stranger from out of town and no one knows yet what the new Ulfric, Sebastian's agenda might be. The rats have lost two kings in two months and many ask whether Luke is crazy to try and take on the responsibility for the unlucky Clan.
The city teeters on a knife's edge, balanced between order and chaos, safety and terror. Will the city be able to piece itself back together or will it descend into madness and war?

"Yeah, pretty much." William said with a bit of a chuckle. "Trust me Viv, no one wants a shower more then I do." After all William could feel his own drying blood on his legs, among other things. "It should be safe to escape now." William said after a moment of thought. He was sure Maalik was with Rebecca, which was a good thing. Maalik had a way of understanding Rebecca better then anyone else he knew. Even his own attempts as comfort sometimes didn't do the trick. Maalik had a gift of knowing exactly what to say while William was more of a foot in mouth kind of guy.
"Come on." he said. "Just take the sheet." He urged her as he offered the necromancer his hand

She eased herself over the edge of the bed and stood on wobbly legs. She wrapped the sheet around her toga style and took his hand. Just that simple contact gave her a little shiver as if she were going to experience the pleasure all over again, but she tamped down the power and with a big breath, took a step. Her legs were going to hold her after all, so she experimented with a second. She was feeling a little chafed but she was going to be okay. "So where is the closest bathroom with a shower from here? Hopefully we don't have to go out into the main room to get there."

William smirked. "We can move fast when we gotta." he said and throw Viv over his shoulder fireman style and was gone. He moved through the horseman with Viv like this and was within his private chambers within a moment. He set her down on the floor with a smile. "I got a shower, of your own room is just down the hall. I promise no one will interrupt you

"Thanks William, I'll head for my own room and a nice long shower then bed. We'll have to work out a way that we can be safe to be around during feedings, I'll do some research and maybe I can figure it out." She ran her hand down his arm. "Go have your shower and get cleaned up, and I'll go do the same." She bowed her head and headed for the door.
