I was watching channel 7 a few nights ago, and in Council Bluffs apparantly, there was a woman who went into a stall, and when she sat down, she forgot to check the seat and it was all gooey. When she went to go and get up, she couldn't because someone made a very very strong cemet compound that dries instantly when pressure is applyed. They even wheeled her out on a strecher and showed her face.
