Once again, a non-new world related post.
This is tell you, the players that were here when I took my leave of absence, that...
I PASSED MY FRENCH! The time I took away was NOT for nothing, I can go to college and I don't have to murder the Quebec government! (Though I may still do that later...)
Thank you all for having dealt with the site or not while I was gone, and I can finally say I'm relieved. The weight of the world is off my back.

Dear Players,
Okay, you may have noticed that various images on the site are not working. This is apparently due to Imageshack (and image hosting website) being hacked by a certain group of hackers called the Anti-Sec movement. After doing some research, I realized that they were mimicking the book Fight Club, a book where a group called Project Mayhem try and take down civilization by blasting its support columns- the industry, of course. Okay, bluntly: I can't be on New World for a while. I'm failing french, which, in Quebec, is a death sentence for your educational future. I either need to pass or else I'll have to murder the entire Quebecois government, and I simply don't have the bullets or cash for the latter.
I'm sorry for my lack of being on for people in topics I was modding, but this is more important. I know I'm breaking off at a bad time, but I hope you get the idea.
If another mod, Dais being the only other, wants to pick up my topics, I'd be very grateful you wonderful bag of chocolate-covered peanuts. If it's too much, I clearly understand considering my situation.

This event is designed for all players to participate with even chances of winning. It will take place in the newly furnished and remodeled cherry blossom field from yesterdays attacks! After a long time of recovery, CCCorp rewards it's loyal players of The World with a fun event to get things back on track!
The Duke Roxwell has long oppressed the people of 'Delta, Tempestuous Desolate Scourge', but lately he has increased his taxes upon the people, and is using his funds to create a massive fortress as a testament to his power. The citizenry haven't the power to revolt against the Duke's large army of dangerous fiends, cruel soldiers, and other unknown dangers, so they turn to you, Adventurers, to free them from Roxwell's tyranny.
Assault the Duke's massive fortress before it's completion and slay the evil Duke! Of course, there will be handsome rewards...

You, the player, have been hired as a mercenary by a city to rid a cave of a tribe of goblins calling themselves 'The Goblin Brotherhood". They have led many fierce attacks on the village and it is time for them to be taken care of.
To begin the event, first sign up here. Then you will be contacted by an administrator who will tell you what field to go to.
The event will begin on WEDNESDAY!
PS: Inactive players won't be tolerated for long. Players will have to post at least a few times every day to keep the topic going. If you are inactive for too long, you will be dropped.
