Tsuchi scribbled down his last answer and set his pencil down with a small clatter. Finally, he was done with his history test! And with five minutes to spare! He grinned proudly to himself. He had studied hard for this one, even going so far as to ask Kiya-sensei for help. But he felt it was worth it; he was very confident about his answers. He glanced around to the other students, some were done, and others were scribbling nonsense just to fill the page.

Tsuchi's excitement went down a bit when he noticed Satoshi seemed to be long-finished and staring boredly out the window. Tsuchi frowned a bit. He studied so hard because Satoshi gave him a bit of a hard time about his last test grade and was hoping he could show him up this time around. He scoffed quietly to himself. Just 'cause that prissy ass finished early doesn't mean his answers are any good, he thought confidently to himself.

Kiya-sensei clapped her hands. "Alright! Put your pencils down," she said. "I will now be collecting the tests," she said before going around the room to collect the papers. After Kiya-sensei collected the papers, Dr.Kyuu popped into the classroom, red fluid dripping from her head. "Yo! You guys got PE next~!" Dr.Kyuu said with a grin as some of the girls in the classroom screamed. "Senshi!" Kiya-sensei yelled. "Yeah, I'm going, I'm going," she said as she left the classroom.

Satoshi let out a breath, annoyed. As soon as the bell rang, he left the classroom and went to the hell health room. Dr.Kyuu was sleeping at her desk. Satoshi threw the doctor a nasty look. There was really nothing for him to do since his tormentor was taking a nap, so he decided to take a nap himself on one of the beds. He was closing the curtains, blocking out the sunlight and the fangirls that were peering in.

Tsuchi watched Dr. Kyuu's antics for announcing PE. Their school doctor was really strange. Is that blood on her head? He wasn't sure he wanted to find out. After Dr. Kyuu left the room, Satoshi followed soon after. Tsuchi watched with a small glare. What makes him so special that he gets to skip out on PE? He asked himself this every time Satoshi left the class, but he didn't really care. If he's ever challenged at some kinda sport, he'll be scrwed! Tsuchi thought excitedly, making a mental note to challenge him to a sport one day.

Later, Tsuchi followed his classmates and Kiya-sensei to the baseball field. They had been practicing baseball drills all week, and finally, they were going to play an actual game. After some quick warm up stretches, Tsuchi was placed on the team that was batting, and he was up first. He held the bat confidently and waited for the pitcher to throw the ball. Unfortunately, the pitcher wasn't athletically-inclined and pitched the ball strangely. Tsuchi had to reach to actually hit the ball, but the awkward swing made him lose control, and the ball was sent flying towards the school building and right throgh the window of the health room...

Tsuchi stared at the broken window. "...Damn."

Satoshi jumped out of bed, awoken by the sound of the crashing glass, thinking that one of Dr.Kyuu's weird experiments escaped from the back room. He looked at the floor, seeing a baseball rolling. Satoshi made a small groan as he picked up the baseball. He looked at Dr.Kyuu, who was still sleeping. He threw the baseball at her head, which was surprisingly caught by the doctor's hand. "Shit," Satoshi said as the baseball was thrown back at him. He managed to dodge the ball, but it somehow bounced off the bed and crashed into a bunch of jars in the medicine cabinet. Satoshi just stared at the messed up medicine cabinet as Dr.Kyuu jumped up from her seat and jumped on her desk yelling at Satoshi, "Quick! Get the fire extinguisher and the ice cubes!" Satoshi just stared at the crazy doctor, wondering what new crazy experiment she came up with. "It was a baseball..." Satoshi said as he pointed at the broken window.

Tsuchi looked over to Kiya-sensei nervously, expecting to be punished. She had a strange expression on her face, but she didn't look angry. She looked over to him and said, "You'd better go get the ball and apologize." Tsuchi nodded and muttered a "sorry" when he passed by her. Kiya-sensei just smiled. It was an accident, and besides, it wasn't my window broken, she thought to herself.

Tsuchi ran towards the entrance to the health room and opened the door a bit quickly. "I'm sorry about the window, Dr. Kyuu! It was..." His sentence was left hanging in the air when he noticed the messed up medicine cabinet and Dr. Kyuu standing on her desk. Satoshi was in the room too, looking at Tsuchi after his sudden entrance. Tsuchi began getting a little nervous at the sight of the wrecked cabinet. "Umm...did the cabinet break because I hit the ball through the window?" Kiya-sensei didn't seem mad at him for breaking the window, but he had no idea how Dr. Kyuu would react if he was responsible for messing up the cabinet.

Satoshi looked at Tsuchi and glared at him. "Hey, Tsuchi," Dr. Kyuu said as she jumped off her desk. Satoshi picked up the baseball, making sure to avoid any glass. He tossed the baseball to Tsuchi. "You broke the window and Senshi broke the cabinet," he told his classmate. Dr.Kyuu looked at Satoshi then at the broken cabinet. "Oh! So I broke that!" she said. Then Dr.Kyuu looked at the window. "Tsuchi, as punishment, clean and fix it," the doctor told him. "Wake me up later," Dr.Kyuu told Satoshi with a yawn before going back to sleep on her desk. Satoshi just silently stood there for a minute then walked to the closet to get a broom and dustpan. "You clean, not my problem," he said as he shoved the broom and dustpan in Tsuchi's hands. Satoshi then walked over to Dr.Kyuu's desk and grabbed one of the walkie-talkies on her desk. "Tsuchi is currently facing punishment from Dr.Kyuu and will not attend the remainder of P.E.," he spoke into the walkie-talkie which was connected to Kiya-sensei's.

((Yes, Senshi communicates to others teachers through walkie-talkies. lol))

Tsuchi grumbled a quiet "Yeah yeah" when Satoshi handed him the broom and the dustpan. He tried not to meet Satoshi's eye while he cleaned up the glass. He had a feeling the boy would make a wise-crack about breaking the window. He grabbed some paper towels and quickly wiped up spilled liquid medicine and put some bottles back in their proper place. He wasn't sure what to do about replacing the glass or the lost medicine, but he figured Dr. Kyuu would sort that out...as soon as she woke up, that is.

Tsuchi left the room and quickly dumped the trash in the large trash can in the hall and brought back the dustpan and broom to the health room. He put the broom and duspan back in the closet and sent Satoshi a small glare. "So how come you aways skip out on PE, huh? You sure don't look sick."

As Tsuchi cleaned, Satoshi picked out a book from his bag and began to read it, leaning against the wall. When Tsuchi came in, Satoshi sensed a glare coming from his classmate. "Who said I was sick?" he replied to the question. "I don't like staying in the sun, so I made a deal with Senshi to get me out of P.E..." Satoshi said while reading a book. He felt that somebody (fangirl) was looking into the window, so he closed the shades. "If you're done cleaning, leave..."

Tsuchi didn't leave and instead crossed his arms, keeping up his glare. "Well for one thing, this room is for sick people. And I'm not sure it's appropriate to be making deals with teachers." Tsuchi glanced over at Dr. Kyuu, who still seemed to be asleep. "Besides, not that I really care, but it's unfair to the other students." Tsuchi could think of a few kids who would just love to skip out on PE.

And in fact, Tsuchi wasn't even sure why he was making such a big deal out of it. It was probably just that he didn't want to leave because Satoshi told him to. His pride wouldn't let him do it. He looked up at the clock, wondering how long he could hold up this conversation, but he realized that it was actually time to return to class. PE was over. "Anyway," he started, "If I'm gonna leave, you might as well come with me," he said, pointing up to the clock, indicating that class was about to start.

"I'll go back to class when Senshi wakes up," Satoshi said. He knew there would be dire consequences if he left Dr.Kyuu asleep. "And it's not unfair. It's a nightmare here," Satoshi said, looking up from his book this time. "I bet you can't last a week here."

If Satoshi hadn't added that last sentence, Tsuchi probably would've said "Whatever" and gone back to class. But he did, and the insinuation of the sentence made Tsuchi angry, so angry he forgot he had to go to class. "Don't underestimate me," he snapped, "If a little prissy-ass boy that doesn't like the sun can handle it, I can handle it too!" He knew that Dr. Kyuu had some crazy experiments in her room, and some he didn't even want to imagine, but there was no way he would let Satoshi get away with insulting him like that.

Dr.Kyuu was still half-asleep, but she grabbed a walkie-talkie. "Tsuchi and Satoshi... stay here lil longer," she mumbled into it, telling Kiya-sensei before going back to sleep. Satoshi glared at the doctor for doing that. He didn't want to be in the same room as the doctor and Tsuchi. Satoshi pressed a button on the side of Dr.Kyuu's desk, revealing a hidden staircase that led downwards. "I'm going downstairs," he told Tsuchi. "But you can stay here and feed these," Satoshi said as he pulled a lever that was hidden behind a garbage bin, causing the window and door to be bolted closed while causing one of the walls to slide open to reveal a showcase of various experiments in jars of various-colored goo. "Instructions on feeding them are on Senshi's desk," Satoshi said before going downstairs.

QUOTE (How to feed Experiments)
Red goo=raw meat
Orange goo=dirt
Yellow goo=insects
Green goo=meat
Blue goo=grounded fruits, vegetables, plants
Purple goo=coffee beans
Iridescent goo=nothing
Food in back of medicine cabinet, under medicine cabinet, and on top of medicine cabinet

Tsuchi read the paper and a feeling of dread began to grow in his stomach. His pride could get him into serious trouble one day. After discovering what needed to be fed, he wasn't so sure he wanted to be in this room any longer. He shook his head slightly. No way was he gonna leave! This was his chance to show up Satoshi! With this thought in mind, he confidently went to the medicine cabinet and gathered the food written on the list.

Tsuchi brought the bundle of food towards the display of jars and grabbed the red jar first. He opened the jar and slowly put the meat inside the jar, but he quickly yanked his hand out when the experiment inside had tried to eat not only the meat, but his fingers too. He closed the jar tight and put it back on the shelf, a bit surprised. A bit wary, he still reached for the next jar and proceeded with the feeding. Most of the experiments were a bit more peaceful with their food offering. The only other experiment that gave him real trouble was the green, which also ate meat. Still, that didn't mean he came out with unscathed fingers. Two fingers were bleeding when the green goo experiment got really agressive. He ran his fingers under water for a moment but did not bother with a bandage. He could take it.

Tsuchi quickly went downstairs in search for Satoshi. He made sure to hide his still slightly bleeding fingers; he knew Satoshi would comment about them if he saw. "Hey, Satoshi, what're you doing down here?" he called. Tsuchi had a feeling he would see something much worse than experiments in jars of colorful goo.

The underground was dark and there was very little light, for there was only a candle on an old wooden table. A growl filled the air as soon as Tsuchi spoke. Then a spark was heard and the growling died down. Satoshi walked out of a cage and locked all of the seven locks. He walked straight up to the source of the sudden outburst of noise. "Don't speak so suddenly," Satoshi whispered to Tsuchi.

Satoshi felt along the wall for a switch, which slowly illuminated the whole underground so that all the eyes can adjust. There were two large cages. One looked empty, yet had many locks on its door. The other cage had a strange-looking giant cat that was sleeping, with a bit less locks than the first cage. Satoshi brought out a pocket metronome and let it play, having the volume moderately increase. "They don't like sudden noises," Satoshi said in his regular tone.
