Day One -- Daytime
"WHAT IN THE WOOOOOOORLD?"
"WHO ARE YOU?"
"I'M ME. WHO ARE YOU?"
"I'M ALASTOR MAD-EYE MOODY."
"NO, I'M ALASTOR MAD-EYE MOODY."
"NO, I AM."
"NONE OF YOU ARE MOODY, BECAUSE I'M ALASTOR MAD-EYE MOODY."
"OH YEAH?"
"I'M SPARTACUS."
And so another twisted parallel world of Hogswarteade began. The most obvious problem was...there were a whooooooooooole lot of Moody's walking around.
Everybody is Alastor Mad-Eye Moody.

3 Death Eaters, 2 Aurors, 8 Villagers remaining.
7 votes to reach majority.
As you can see, there's a new group: AURORS. However, these aren't your nice Aurors like Tonks and Shacklebolt. These are secret undercover Vigilante!Aurors. Their job is to make sure that all the Death Eaters are caught, and then successfully remove the secret "town leader" from the game. At nighttime, they can choose to Arrest one target person (Arresting acts like Stunning/Petrifying) and send them to Azkaban, or they can choose to Search someone's house and find out that person's alignment - if they search a house, it will be made public. An Auror cannot Arrest/Search and use an ability on the same night.
Aurors: Win by catching all the DEs, and removing the secret "town leader" from the game either by Arrest or daytime vote.
DEs: Same as in normal games, but you also have to remove the Town Leader before you can declare victory.
Villagers: Win by removing the DEs and Aurors in the game. If the "town leader" is caught, all majority votes will require an extra one on top to successfully Convict someone.
Town Leader: You're a villager. BUT KEEP YOUR IDENTITY A SECRET!
Since everybody is Moody, you'll have to vote by stating the person's board name ("I vote for Noah Weber"). As long as it's clear who you're voting for, then yeah. If you want to use your ability at night, remember to let me know.
READY...
SPEED ROUND GO!
Saren Dippity - October 19, 2009 09:44 PM (GMT)
...THIS IS CRAZY.
Question. Does the town leader have any powurz?
Alden Stuart - October 19, 2009 09:44 PM (GMT)
... I hate you for new rules. <.<
Noah Weber - October 19, 2009 09:46 PM (GMT)
:D
No, the Town Leader doesn't have any extra powers. The only "extra power" you could say the TL has is...keeping the majority normal. If the TL is eliminated, then it's majority + 1 vote to convict.
EDIT: Also, an Auror can only be an Auror. No weird Auror/DE hybrid, or Auror/Town Leader combos.
Xanxus Alexander Lloyd - October 19, 2009 11:13 PM (GMT)
Questions:
Aurors can only arrest or search someone, is that correct? They can't do both, despite there being two of them? Also, what if they search someone who is on Watch?
Noah Weber - October 19, 2009 11:16 PM (GMT)
1) Only one Auror can search or arrest per night. So they can't have one auror searching, the other arresting at the same time.
2) Moody treats it as an ambush and they get beat up by a peg leg XD
Noah Weber - October 19, 2009 11:55 PM (GMT)
This is just advice for all the DEs and Aurors out there...
Tavis Wigglesworth - October 20, 2009 12:00 AM (GMT)
Lol... that's scary.
I think we should wait to vote til tomorrow, since there is no way to tell who is on what side now.
The Aurors aren't actually working against us, right? I mean, they're only after the DEs? Are they their own team? <.< I'm confused about that.
Xanxus Alexander Lloyd - October 20, 2009 12:00 AM (GMT)
XDDDDD
Okay. :3 Well I liked Noah's idea of not voting for anyone round one so we don't kill off random villagers. It would only hurt our numbers, so I would like to encourage everybody to once again, vote for nobody.
Saren Dippity - October 20, 2009 12:23 AM (GMT)
yeah, i'll vote for nobody too.
Doon Magen - October 20, 2009 12:37 AM (GMT)
Oh, hi nobody :3
-admires glass eyes- >__>
Also I has question, are we Moody the entire game? XD
Saren Dippity - October 20, 2009 12:46 AM (GMT)
I CHANGED MY MIND.
IM GOING TO VOTE FOR MOODY.
....that was just a little 'we are all the same person' humor there...*cough*

Noah Weber - October 20, 2009 12:55 AM (GMT)
The Aurors are their own secret team. They want to firstly help the Village get rid of the DEs, as well as pursuing their own agenda of finding out who the Town Leader is and then getting rid of the Town Leader.
So the Village and Aurors would probably find themselves allied, at first, to get rid of their common enemy. And then the Village has to try and root out the Aurors before the Aurors find the Town Leader.
Tavis Wigglesworth - October 20, 2009 01:17 AM (GMT)
THERE ARE TOO MANY TEAMS AND I AM NOT ON ANY OF THEM!
Ok, I'm making Team Villager T-Shirts.
Also, I am voting for nobody.
Noah Weber - October 20, 2009 03:48 AM (GMT)
Okay okay >_> *changes the Search action*
Arrest will remain the same. If you go on watch and an Auror comes to Arrest you in the night, the Auror gets his butt kicked.
Search has been changed. It now determines what action you've performed instead of your alignment - which makes it harder for them to nab the Town Leader, but meh >_> But no matter what happens with a Search, the Auror remains safe.
So here's the Aurors in a nutshell.
Arrest
1) If you're on watch and an Auror comes to Arrest you, the Auror loses and is eliminated.
2) If you're not on watch and an Auror comes to Arrest you, you lose and you're eliminated.
Search
Search will tell the Auror what you're doing that night. Whether you're on watch, doing nothing, or if you're a DE making an attack, the Auror will be informed and they (along with their identity) will remain safe - even if the person they Search is on watch. Come Daytime, I will post "_____ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but I will not reveal the identity of the Auror. If you need the scenarios mapped out for you:
1) If Moody is on watch and Auror comes to Search, Auror leaves Moody alone. Auror lives, Auror is still a secret, and Auror knows Moody was on watch. When Daytime comes, I reveal "______ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but nothing else.
2) If Moody is not on watch and Auror comes, Auror finds out Moody is doing nothing. Auror lives, Auror is still a secret, and Auror knows Moody did nothing. When Daytime comes, I reveal "______ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but nothing else.
3) If Moody is a DE and out making an attack, and Auror comes, Auror finds house empty and will know that Moody is a DE. Auror lives, Auror is still a secret. DE also lives, but now the Auror knows who he/she is. When Daytime comes, I reveal "______ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but nothing else.
4) If Moody is a DE and not making an attack, and Auror comes, Auror finds DE!Moody doing nothing. Auror lives, Auror is still a secret, and Auror knows DE!Moody did nothing. DE!Moody lives, DE!Moody is still a secret. When Daytime comes, I reveal "______ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but nothing else.
5) If Moody is a DE and not making an attack and is on watch, Auror leaves DE!Moody alone. Aurorl ives, Auror is still a secret, and Auror knows DE!Moody was on watch. Auror lives, Auror is still a secret, and Auror knows DE!Moody did nothing. DE!Moody lives, DE!Moody is still a secret. When Daytime comes, I reveal "______ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but nothing else.
6) If Moody is a DE and not making an attack and not on watch, Auror finds out DE!Moody is doing nothing. Auror lives, Auror is still a secret, and Auror knows. DE!Moody lives, DE!Moody is still a secret. When Daytime comes, I reveal "______ was checked up on by Aurors in the night." but nothing else.
Also, now to win, Aurors have to have at least one other player, who is a villager, alive. This villager can NOT be the Town Leader (so if it's two Aurors and the Town Leader at the end, the Aurors lose and the Village wins).
If it still causes too many problems, I'll just get rid of Search and turn the Aurors into a second, smaller group of rival DEs that just happen to be called Aurors ...which is exactly what they are, except they have a secondary action and have slightly different winning conditions >_>
*explodes to the moon and hops into bed*
