CASE FILES
The files of all the staff and patients are kept locked up in here. Some of these files date back hundreds of years, to residents that are long since dead, clearly the upkeep of this area is minimal.

STAFF COTTAGES
The full time staff of Bridgevale are required to live on site, for the sake of convenience. Most of these cottages are newer buildings, erected in place of the decaying originals.

PATIENT WARDS
Chances are, most of the people living within these walls are here for life. Though some of their problems are far less than severe, they've still been deemed unfit to live in the civilized world.

RECEPTION AREA
Decorated with sterile colours and the scent of sickness, the reception area is still one of the most pleasant places to be. There are a few places to sit and a magazine or two to read, to keep outsiders entertained while the paperwork is processed and their loved one is committed.

STAFF ROOM
On the rare break, staff members can converge here or just lurk in solitary while they relax.

GUARD HOUSE
Located on the edge of the property, the guardhouse houses the controls to the entrance gate, which is the only way in or out of Bridgevale Psychiatric Hospital. It doubles as a security booth as well, with several television sets to monitor the buildings.

INFIRMARY
The infirmary was built as a safety precaution, since the psychiatric hospital is miles away from any real hospital. Illness is sometimes inevitable and sometimes a patient finds something with which they can harm themselves. In those cases, the staff of the infirmary will step in immediately.

EDUCATION SERVICES
Educations Services provides tutors for those that are still young enough to be in school and mentally stable enough to absorb any sort of knowledge.

THERAPY
Some patients get along fine in group therapy, whereas some work best alone. Regardless, all therapy sessions take place in this area.

Patients are given a false sense of freedom in here as they eat and talk amongst themselves. There's constantly someone watching though.

The library is actually quite the impressive one, with books appealing to all age groups, even children, because you never know what mental age you'll find in the patients of Bridgevale.

COURTYARD
A small section of the grounds is sectioned off for patients to get exercise and fresh air, much like a prison.

ORION LAKE
Occasionally, A Ward and Rehab patients are brought down to take a dip here, completely supervised of course. Staff are allowed to visit whenever they're not working a shift.

DEATH TUNNEL
This tunnel is off-limits to patients and staff alike, it is the one part of the building that even the authorities will acknowledge as having "inexplicable events" taking place inside. It is how they removed dead bodies from the hospital without lowering patient morale.

THE TUNNELS
Much less malicious than the Death Tunnel, these are just a series of normal tunnels running beneath all of the buildings. They make it easier to move around without encountering the elements.
