Well, according to the blog they're up to May 18, and expect to be all the way up to May 28 next week. That means that, with a June 11 signup, I may actually get in this month! Yay.

I just read on the Ravelry blog that they're going to do five thousand invites the first week they have the new servers up! That should speed things up...
Ravelry is wonderful! I like having something to catalog my stash and books...AND a way to log my FOs, UFOs, and WIPs....

Oh my goodness!!! Did someone pull some strings? I just checked my place in line and it asked what I was doing hanging out with an impatient alpaca! It said that I've already cashed in my invite and registered! *boggles*
Well... I'm in! I totally thought that I put myself on the waiting list before but I *don't* remember registering.

It's kind of like a mini-internet for knitters and crocheters. Instead of site to site to site, though, you go person to project to pattern to yarn to project to person...

Know one thing I really love about Ravelry? If I have to suspend work on a project, maybe even steal the needles or hook, I have a record of EXACTLY what hook or needle size I was using! That has come in handy twice already, and I expect to have to refer to it again!
