Council Of Leaders II

[Durango]

Durango pointed his maw to the sky, calling every leader to the center of the forest. He knew that, even though there may be a little tension in the gang, they would set aside their differences for what is best for the rest of Falton. He howled once more, making sure all of the leaders heard. Gotsika hasn't been around lately... he mused, wondering if she wandered off somewhere.

[Ashyacan]

Ash leapt into the clearing, literally only clearing the bushes by singed inches.

"Durango, I have arrived. What's up? "

[Myu]

Myu slinked through the woods, finally coming to the clearing where Ashyacan and Durango already stood. She smirked and bowed her head slightly. What is needed, Durango? she asked, blinking.

[Whitewave]

Whitewave had heard the howl of Durango and flew to the scene, since obviously this was going to be another important meeting. "Whitewave, reporting for duty, SIR!"

[Durango]

Durango grinned and nodded to everyone who showed up. "We still need to wait for Moon and Gotsika," he stated, "but otherwise, we have to get going with this soon. I fear something's going to happen, and I don't like it..." He blinked and stared at everyone, letting the shudder he felt pass.

[Whitewave]

Whitewave began to wonder what Durango was talking about. She waited impatiently for Wolf and Gotsika to show up so we could get this meeting on.

[Durango]

Durango waited patiently, then, seeing the sun begin to set, he huffed. "We can't waste any more time. We must get this meeting under way." He looked at the meager group of Faltors. "The Shadow Clan is beginning to emerge, I fear," he began, "and it seems that they are going to plan something. This worries me. Our group has decided whom they will pair up with, correct?"

He looked at Ashyacan. "You are with Whitewave?" he asked, making sure they remembered their plan of teaming up with their weaknesses. "We need to carefully plan, because the Shadow may attack at any point in time. We don't know their mission's objective, but assuming the worst, we need to plan ahead."

[Whitewave]

"Seriously, I can't even remember who I was paired up with, but since you say it was Ash, and I have a horrible memory, I will have to agree that we would probably be a good matchup."
Whitewave looked at Myu, Ash and Durango. "I'm wondering though, with only the few of us showing up, if the other faltors are committed to the, may I say, 'tribe' as a whole, meaning all of us together."

[Durango]

Durango nodded gravely. "I don't know. I'm actually getting worried about Gotsika; I haven't seen her around Falton at all since about a week ago..."

[Wolf of Silence]

(I would have posted sooner if people had let me. *glares at Durango)

Wolf trotted along until hearing Durango's howl had rung out over the valley. She ran over to his voice and entered the meeting. She sat down silently listening so she knew where to enter the conversation.

[Durango]

Durango gave a sideways glance at Wolf, smirking softly. "Glad you could make it. We need you here." He turned back to the measly group and sighed. "We need to know when we will launch our attack."

[Ice]

"Soon." Piercing icy blue eyes broke the shadows to the side of them, smoothly followed by Ice's large black body. Having winced as the calling howl hit her over- sensative ears, the Thunder Leader had taken a moment to dismiss her training Falton before making her way over, explaining her lateness. She didn't seem suprised to see so little of the Leaders arranged, and had heard the whole conversation as she approached. "The longer we wait, the longer they have to plan."

[Wolf of Silence]

Wolf nodded along with Ice. She was right. The longer we don't act the longer they have to plan. But what could they do? I mean they've been building this...resistance for a long time. What could they do to stop it? She knew no one who had light abilities except herself and Durango.

[Myu]

Myu looked aside and nodded slightly. These...Shadow Clan members, as they have been so aptly named...we need much more information about them first: who ARE they, exactly? Stopping the wars between clans almost seems like their main priority, but...is that ALL they want? Are they trying to wipe us out, make a new age of Faltors? We need more information, she stated firmly. Her eyes held a hint of nervousness, her body becoming more and more rigid as she spoke of the Clan.

...how much do they know?

[Ice]

Ice wasn't stupid. She had seen too much in her time not to notice Myu as she stiffened. Was it a fear of the upcoming war, or was it something else? Despite her suspicions, the Thunder Leader kept her face blank. For now, she would watch this one.

Ice sat back, flicking her black fur from her perceptive eyes. "What happened to the origonal plan?" She asked with a slight raised eyebrow. "And where are the others?" She demanded, looking around with narrowed eyes.
