1. Registration and Validation 1.1 All registering members must have an active email address, as you will be asked to validate your account through that email address before your account will become active. 1.2 All registering members must make their name the FIRST and LAST names of their character. 1.3 Only one account may be made under the same email account. 1.4 Names of accounts cannot be changed. (N/A if conflicting with 1.2) 1.5 All presenting members must create a Ministry File. 1.6 When creating your Ministry File, include the password, 'Lemon Drop.' 1.7 All presenting members must be sorted. There is no way to jump directly from new member to Professor or any other staff position without prior Administrative Notice.
2. In Character Rules (Role Play) 2.1 Spamming forums or posing 2 or more times in a row, or posting virtually nonexistant text will not be tolearted. Add some length and detail to your posts, make your typing worthwhile. 2.2 Godmoding, or controling other players (playing God), will not be tolerated in any In-Character forums. 2.3 Post your topics and replies in the correct forum.
3. Out of Character Rules 3.1 Spamming forums or posting 2 or more times in a row, or posting a reply with little or no text will not be tolerated in the Out of Character forums. 3.2 Post your topics and replies in the correct forum 3.3 Advertising in our Out of Character forums is strictly prohibited 3.4 Linking out to other sites is strictly prohibited. 3.5 Fighting and using derogatory things in our forums will not be tolerated. 3.6 Calling names or putting other members down is not legal. 3.7 Do Not be disrespectfull or ignore our staff members. Talking back, etc. to Hogwarts Staff (In Character Staff) is permitted (though it may result in house points being docked) but disrespect towards our Out of Character staff is strictly prohibited.
4. Account Rules 4.1 Keep your email address associated with your account up-to-date and correct so that we can update you when he make important decisions or changes here. 4.2 Maximum Avatar Size is 100x100 4.3 Maximum Siignature Size is 500x400 4.4 Linking to other sites or Advertising in your Signature, Avatar, or Profile is prohibited 4.5 Obscene text or graphics anywhere in your account could lead to bannishment.
Consequences Consequences for breaking any of the rules outlined above or any other implied or basic rules is stricly based on severity and based on the Administrator or Moderator who had deemed your action illegal. Consequences available to all Administrators and Moderators include, Posting Restrictsions, Forum Viewing Restrictions, Suspension, and Bannishment.
