Speed Freak Group: Members Posts: 20 Member No.: 19 Joined: 12-February 07	I thought it worth pointing out, a girls time in the box does not begin until her ass touches the bench, I know a few times last night a 1 min penalty took about 1:20 when you count time wasted to get to the box. The faster you get in, the faster you get out. Waylon
