Like the title, the server has been down for I'd say at least an hour or two now. The other one is up though. Any idea whats up?

I saw last night server 2 was maxes out at 12 and 1.3 had 0. Since I have Eric, we were able to start with 2 players, but couldn't really get momentum going on the 1.3 server.
Imo. The cap should be lifted, but if the 1.3 server is running okay the server 2 should be disabled briefly, or put on a duel map, to encourage folks to move to the 1.3 server. An admin could announce the switch beforehand. Otherwise we're losing players when server 2 is full.
We also lose players whenever server 1.3 crashes with more than 12 players, some will have to go elsewhere.
